The order for certificates ended up exactly the way I wanted, I was really impressed how silver foil letters and the velvet texture of the finish ended up, overall looked very neat and professional. Highly recommend this location for all your printing needs

first time printing at TPH + relatively new to getting prints of my photography done so there was a learning curve for me.My first order, I ordered 11 prints total. 10 were 8x12 and 1 at 24x36. The user design on the website is a bit confusing and a little counter intuitive. The staff at TPH follow up through email to tackle any issues that come up and to review the order itself before while confirming the order.I made the mistake of not changing my photos from RGB to a CYMK colour profile and because of this, my first batch of photos were off. They also accidentally printed the wrong print as my 24x36 print.*In terms of export settings, they need PDF files and if you have multiple photos, would need you to combine all of them into one large PDF and make sure that the colour profile is in CYMK.*I want to really thank and commend Trevor Lawrence's excellent communication and customer service. He was extremely patient with me as I asked questions and helped me find solutions to any issues that arose. He has a lot of experience in printing and is quite knowledgable on the subject if you need.He was super understanding to my learning curve with printing and really went above and beyond to teach me about it in a really thoughtful, gentle way. Based on the initial issue of the wrong print being printed, he actually let me reprint my 11 prints (in CYMK) for free which was extremely nice of him.I had to have these 11 prints ready for to set up for a gallery that i'm a part of and Trevor made sure that my order was done by any deadlines I had and he was super encouraging and supportive. Turn around time for prints is great and they're really willing to help you out if you need.I really really recommend you calling in either before you make an order to ask any questions or throughout the process during their hours. This is way easier than going back and forth through email and if the email liaison isn't clear on what the issue is or how to solve the issue, it can prolong the problem.Talking it through with one of the staff is probably the fastest way to get any issues solved. Would print here again.*TL/DR: 4 stars for excellent customer service as they'll answer any q's you need, especially over the phone. Website is hard to use and doesn't have all the instructions needed. It would be helpful to clarify that they need PDF files + that the shop uses CYMK colour profiles exclusively to print (mine were initially RGB but this wasn't flagged as an issue before print, that is also my bad though).Also, some issues arose the second time I went to print a batch of files when I used the same files as the previous print session + the email liaison was not helpful and was passive aggressive in their responses. Called in + spoke to another representative who gave me a new email to co-ordinate with and he solved the issue immediately.

I recently used the print store for printing and binding my magazine and book with a hardcover, and I am very pleased with their service. They responded promptly to my emails from the moment I placed my order.They were able to complete my order quickly without sacrificing quality. My book's print quality and binding were excellent. Work was done with care and attention to detail.I am very satisfied with the print store. Excellent customer service, efficiency, and reliability. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing services. Thank you for doing such a great job!

My co-worker retired in May 2023 and I've used the print store to have messages printed for her. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the completed order.I could tell that my co-worker really liked the printed messages. Her reaction was priceless.
