Dr. Robert Chen

I have never experienced anything like I did today. I went in and had to check my car for my health card so when I realized I lost it, I called the health card Centre and they said that my FAMILY doctor should have no problem taking me when I give them the new version code. So when I went to front desk, I explained this to the lady working. She called me a liar to my face and literally argued with me the whole time. She interrupted me while I was talking to her manager on the phone multiple times trying to talk over me and trying to explain her story" to her manager as if her manager could hear her through the phone. I was there before everyone else that had already gone in and this lady had wasted valuable time. This is not the first incident. This lady decided to answer the phone in front of a client who had being waiting and told me to wait. with that being said this office NEVER answers their phone and when they do answer

Dr. Robert Chen is to-date one of the best physicians I have met. He is very understanding, respectful and positively engages in conversation. He always accommodates to your needs and provides useful advice when desired. Unfortunately, the medical industry consists majorly of physicians writing up prescriptions and sending patients home. Dr. R. Chen takes the time to consider your concern and advises you in various ways. First physician that I have been to that operates in this manner, and will not switch to another.

Dr. Chen is extremely thorough. If you want answers to what ails you...he's the right doctor to go to. He leaves no stone unturned in finding answers! Friendly and professional.

Receptionist is horrible, they couldn't bother to pick up their phone after I called twice and when I got there I was told they stopped taking patients. At least do your job and pick up the phone to let people know and save them the trip.

Dr. Small is a great doctor! Dr. Small Really helped me and I was lucky to have a seen him. Thanks for showing you care for your patients.

Dr. Chen is the best doctor I’ve ever seen in North America. Im a foreign temporary immigrant who has been in the States for seven years and Canada for four years. Being a foreigner is not easy, and finding medical attention is extremely hard. I don’t have family physician, so I had to walk around and try walk-in clinics only. During the pandemic everything just got harder for everyone, all the clinics are having long line and refusing walk-in patients. I’m in early pregnancy and have some bleeding going on, I visited four walk in clinics in Vaughan during the storm day, and finally, Dr. Chen is the only one who was willing to see me. He explained everything and ordered several tests for me, with patience. And he called me in the morning right after he got the tests result back, no reception in the middle, he just keep calling me until I picked up my phone. He explained everything to me and ordered me more tests, he was also showing concern that I don’t have family doctor and OB. I have never had such a long talk with any doctor, this was the first time that I can feel a doctor really cares about his patients, rather then rushing to finish the conversation. He was trying his best to solve my problems. I highly recommend him.

Dr coutts very careless doctor, I went there to get my dressings changed as directed by previous doctor at the same clinic days before, I walk in today 8 wait about 45-1 hour when I was the only person in the waiting room, after they called me I waited another 30 minutes for this dr couts to finish his coffee then attend to me as patient needing his help, after I told him politely dr doe Jane example " had directed me to come in on either on a Monday or Tuesday to change my dressings cuz I had 7 stictches on my right pinkie and also about 3-6 inches cut also glued by stitching glue which was done a great Socorro on sat at the same clinic .when I went in today the doctor just made me take of my own dressings while I have 9 stirichss on my pinkie applying pressure to it only caused more pain and when I ask for a band aid atleast and he a counatir filled with unlimited amounts of gauze and bandaids he denied it and said u can go buy the band aids from shoppers and I asked him what kind of ploysporin he didn't even wanna tell me which kind or what colour I Asa patient foto a Socorro so they can help me that's what doctor are for not to neglect you"
