HeartHealth Medical Centre

Excellent medical service. All members of the medical centre were professional and all of my needs were addressed in good time.Doctors are personable and take the time to explain things thoroughly. It’s clear they care about the patients accessing their care. More doctors and facilities like this are needed in all areas of Ontario. Kudos to you HeartHealth Medical Centre.

Dr Alufohai is the worst doctor I have ever seen. His voice was so low that you could barley hear him and he did not sound knowledgeable at all to the point that he was asking me questions that I came here to have answers for and literally wasted my time waiting for an hour to see him. I was complaining that I have a lot of pain in my ears and feet that’s really affecting me and hindering me from doing my regular day activities and his answer to that was to basically deal with it and it should go away. He did not even check my feet to see what the problem is or just do the normal check ups that a doctor should be doing or questioning what could be causing that pain and what could be the solution for it. I’m honestly speechless on how can a doctor be so ignorant.

I have been going to them for months now and everyone are just great. They are trying modern communications, front staff is kind, gentle and respectful, and the doctors are competent and eager to help the patients.

Great medical centre! The staffs are friendly and nice! The doctor is also nice and understanding! You might have to wait over an hour if you do walk-in though so it's better to book an appointment. But it was overall a great experience! Will definitely come back!

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and front staff. Came for a walk-in appointment but also learned that you can easily book online through the website. Bright, clean clinic. Will be coming here for medical needs

Friendly, Quick and efficient medical services all under one roof!!! Family doctors, specialists and physiotherapists all work as a team and helped me and family members to recover from different medical conditions. Would be definitively recommending them to my friends and family. Happy to have them in our community.

Beautiful new clinic. The support staff are very friendly and efficient. Their specialists are top tier. All and all a refreshing experience.

Horrible front desk receptionist. She has an attitude problem, she doesn’t try to help as she’s dismissive when asking her questions. Nice place but for her to be the first thing greeting you when you come in makes this place 0/10. Do not recommend this clinic. She made the experience a bad one. They should look into getting someone new. Maybe someone without a dismissive, cold attitude.

Kudos to this place, I walked in and found very professional staff and attitude.. was seen shortly, the physician paid attention to all my complaints, allowed me enough time, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in details to me. The wide variety of services offered is a great addition to my community. I recommend them to anyone who needs their medical services.
