Pedi n Nails

My girlfriends and I have been clients of PEDI N NAILS for years now. Typically for shellac Mani and Pedi’s. We are always so satisfied with our service, the quality, cleanliness, and price point! Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend Pedi n Nails. Everyone’s so so nice & talented. Plus they always have the best shows on.

Wife had nails done but service is very basic. They did not massage my hands and they charged $35 for the manicure. Appointment was at 4 pm today.

Today was the first time I visited this salon for my nail extension refill. I usually go to the one in Vaughan and they are really good.But here in Pickering, I had a different experience. I am not sure if the lady was having a bad day but she was very rude. I did not like her customer service. She disrespected me about twice and also lashed out at a person (who was her friend I guess) over the phone in front of me.Also, I found their color collection limited compared to the other places. Out of the ones they had, two of which I selected were not in stock.In short, won't be going there again.

Love it here. A bit pricey but generally worth it. The staff is friendly and clean!

i don’t typically write reviews but for this experience, i find it necessary. i was quite disappointed after coming to pedi n nails in pickering. i was super excited to give this place a try as i didn’t realize there was a nail salon so close to my house. i went there a few days ago and loved my nails after (i got a new set), but was not at all appreciative of the customer service. the ladies here are talented but not at all friendly or welcoming in any way. they also charge a lot for each and every thing you ask of them to do. the next day one of my nails popped off which i was not happy about as they have always last at least a couple weeks or even longer from other places. i called pedi n nails for a couple days and never got an answer or a call back. today, i tried to just go there to get it fixed. when i got there, there were about 6 ladies free and just one customer getting a pedicure in the salon. in a very cold manner, one of the ladies said they had no time to fix it today unless i try to come back in a few hours. i asked why i could not get it fixed when there were so many ladies who were free, and she said they had an appointment that hadn’t showed up yet for 11am. Meanwhile, it was about 11:10 so i didn’t understand why i couldn’t get my nail fixed when that party was running late. The parking is quite far so by the time those customers would have parked and walked in, my one nail repair would have been finished. There were many available ladies that could have helped me. Instead, they did a cheap job to begin with and then wouldn’t do anything to help fix it, plus they have terrible customer service skills. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back here.

They are pretty good at doing nails, however I find the level of customer service below average. They are not very accommodating, or friendly...in my opinion. They canceled my appointment short noticed on an important day for me, and had no alternative solution. Not very good service.

I paid $30 for a pedicure but felt like I got a $12 polish change. If you're looking for someone to paint your toes nicely, this place is great. However I went in for a $30 pedicure and was hoping for a bit more pampering and filing. I did not get the smooth feet I was hoping for, the pumice stone was barely used. But the nail polish was done nicely, the cuticles pushed down , and nails shaped. I would not return for a pedicure. I've had it done elsewhere and they do a better job.

The ladies at this salon are all super amazing. Been coming here for years.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience at this place was horrendous. The way the nail technician treated me today was horrible. She was extremely short with me and when I had difficulty responding to her because of anxiety and Autism, she turned to my friend and asked her to explain things. The nail technician tried to force me to get shellac nail polish even though that is not what I wanted. She also refused to fix a broken nail and kept yelling at me and asking my friend to explain things to me because I wasn't responding quickly enough (I was actually on the verge of tears from the humiliation and anxiety of this experience). She also breached my privacy by telling the other nail technicians the state of my feet and toenails. When I called the place to make a complaint about my experience, I was not given any compensation for my troubles. Wouldn't recommend it and won't be coming back.
