These people never leave you behind. They solved some issues which I had with my account in just a shot although it was passed office hours and they had a chance to transfer the issues to another branch/people. Special thanks to Ashley for her great costumer care and follow up.Good job guys!

Spent at least 12-20 solid hours on the phone trying to figure out how to get my cash back rewards. They told us to open a chequeing account, so we did. Then they charged us 10 dollars a month for the account negating any cash back we do receive. Then we down the 12-2₩ hrs trying to figure out how to transfer the rewards into the account. Which in the end we had to figure out on out own. Plus the physical branch is only open from 9:30-4. So good luck getting help that way. The worst online and physical service i have seen from a bank. I would hate to be 90 years old and depend them for a thing. The abbreviation for the bank should be BOM not BMO

Visited this branch to open an account. There were very limited options for appointments in the coming days and was adviced by the teller to go back to my original bank if I have account with another bank. So basically told to bring my business somewhere else. Definitely not coming back to BMO.

Very friendly and efficient tellers. The line moved quickly. Our needs exceeded the ability of our teller so we were quickly transferred to a manager that expedited our request. Excellent service!

They lock the doors whenever they decide to go home. You can’t even access the back machines in the front anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be switching banks

Booked appointment to learn options for moving RRSP's to this bank. If I hadn't researched options before I went, I would have know less after the appointment. Total waste of time. Emailed and phoned to setup an appointment to do the actual move of RRSP's .. that was 3 months ago .. no one has called or emailed me about this, even after I spoke to a representative who said they would. Do they even care?
