We have used Triton for the past few years and found the service to be fantastic. The pricing is very competitive and the response times are very quick. The alarm interface is very user friendly as is the mobile app. I would highly recommend this company for your security needs. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I was introduced to this company by referral 10 years ago and I am so happy that I was! They have been nothing but friendly and professional in all of my dealings with them. They offer flexible payment plans and have the best customer service! Courtney is amazing to deal with! As an example, my alarm system was beeping at me one day and one call to Courtney was all it took to get it fixed. He walked me through how to fix it and even pointed me to a video on their website. It saved me from paying for a service call that most other providers would have been happy to charge me!I'm now moving and thought I would see what's available... I got 3 quotes and Triton definitely won out both in cost and in service, specifically with regards to their honesty about what we actually need vs trying to sell me a ton of equipment!

We have had a Triton security system for 4 years, the system has been reliable and the service exceptional! Rick has been out a few times when required and always managed to solve the issue. Recently we just received a doorbell camera and the install was proving tricky but Rick stuck with it and got things up and running. Thank you for such great service.

If you want to talk to an actual human being, that is local, and knows the area, give the guys at Triton a call. Courtney was super responsive and they worked with me to figure out the best solution for my situation (which was embracing an existing system, and upgrading it). I appreciated that they offered options, but weren't trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need.

After a break in to our residence, we were referred to Triton through work associates. From the first call to the install and even 3 years later, the immediate response and personal customer service is second to none. Their rates are absolutely competitive in the marketplace, however, it is refreshing to call and actually speak with a living person these days! We are more than completely satisfied with the team at Triton and would (and have) recommend their services to anyone looking for home or office security.

The office was closed, no one to answer the door nor be found. Called in for hours of operation as well & they definitely shouldn’t be closed at 2pm on Friday. No sign, no information just light off and locked doors.
