It is mediocre service when you call... they are not happy or helpful on the phone. Basically, The Call center is TERRIBLE but the drivers are GREAT.

Extremely horrible service. Dispatch lied said they were not busy and the cab took 35 minutes to arrive at my house making me late for work. Will never take this cab service again. Also it was 24 dollars just to go across the river wich is just highway robbery. I do not reccomend this business to anyone.

Called a hour before my shift started... Waited 30 min.. Called back and they said there sending one now..... Waited another 30 min and called back.. Was told someone came and no one was there... Its canada day and im sitting in front of atlantic super store main..( empty parkinglot and empty store) wearing a tie-die bright pink and yellow shirt.. Could see me a km away... Told me he would resend them ... Called back another 30 min later.. No answer... Called another company.. If it would let me do 0 stars i would.. Never use loyal again

I don't know what has happened with this company but they have gone down hill very fast! We called for a cab and have waited for 35 mins and it still has yet to come! We have called the office back 4 times now and no one will answer our calls. This is not the first time this has happened to us either, it seems to be a regular thing with them lately. We have since called another cab company and have been picked up by the other cab company. After waiting a total of 41mins loyal taxi was still not there to pick us up. How can you call your company Loyal?

Worst cab company in Fredericton and possibly the province of New Brunswick. Waited over an hour after being told “they would be right there” no cab showed up for me. would highly recommend not giving a company like this your business.

Dispatcher on the phone was pleasant to deal with, car that came was clean and the driver was also nice. The wait time was not given but was short/fast.But the vehicle had no meter in it.Once at the destination, which was a 4.8km trip, the dispatcher told the driver the fare was to be 21$.Seems pricey for a 6 minutes drive.Also, compared to other companies I've used, there is no SMS link, or estimate of the wait time given.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would...rudest staff ever!! Use someone else...give your hard earned money to another company...these guys are crooks!! scammers
