The rental agent we dealt with in the sudury area was extremely condescending and rude. She not only mis represented the property but preceded to talk down to us after she erred in the appointment date and time , trying to change it after we had email confirmation. The ads on the site also misrepresented as well. I make 80 k a yr and was troubled by the agent insinuating i wouldnt be able to afford the utilities. We never made it to the showing as i would not want to live in a place where this is the type of dis respect i would have to deal with. I was very upset and stunned to say the least. I would never recommend any one in the sudbury area to deal with this property management company, no matter how good the units seem.

would not recommend dealing with them. While they were snow plowing the parking lot, they hit a BRAND NEW SUV and caused thousands in damage. The SUV was PARKED!! The plow truck pushed the car into the next parking space. The driver did not have the insurance papers on him and head office is refusing to provide their insurance information all because the person who was hit wants to go through insurance as the SUV is only a month old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome place to call home. Very welcoming staff, they always go above and beyond to make sure your happy and things go smoothly, and that your place always has the most up to date appliances and decor. I would recommend living here to anyone. I have been for 6 years and don’t plan on moving.

The support isn't great, I have to repeatedly follow up for replies to my questions. Clearly the team isn't driven and motivated at what they do.
