I got laser eye surgery in October 2018. The staff at Kelowna Laser Vision Centre provided such great care. They answered all my questions and concerns with such respect and honesty. They made me feel comfortable and I am so grateful to everyone at the Centre for convincing me and being there for me during my recovery period. I am so glad I got this surgery done. It has been life changing and so far my vision is perfect. I would recommend this centre to all my family and friends. :)

Everything was amazing.The staff were incredible from Bev to doctor Casey.Special shout out to Brooke who was so wonderful and supportive when I got queasy and Dr. Chambers (who kinda reminded me of the dentist in Little Shop of Horrors, but good, not evil). Dr. Chambers definitely knows what he’s doing and made the experience go by in a flash.He even told me not to think of it as a good or bad experience, but just for what it was, an experience. This helped calm my nerves and it’s actually advice I try to apply to other areas of life too.Thank you!

My experience with Kelowna Laser Vision was amazing! From the very friendly information call, to the surgery itself, and to the last post surgical check-up, everyone was so friendly and professional. I was never left with an unanswered question and felt like my concerns were a priority.When it came time to have the surgery itself everyone did a great job making sure I felt comfortable and the post-surgery recovery was amazingly short! Life Changing. I have been wearing glasses for 36 years and finally decided to get LASIK. The doctors and staff are extremely professional and the treatment itself was pain free. I could even see right after which I wasn’t expecting.

Everyone at Kelowna laser vision was awesome. They answered all my questions and concerns. Surgery day was a breeze. They talked you through the surgery and put you at ease. I had surgery on Friday was driving on Saturday afternoon after clearance from Dr. and able to go to work on Monday.Best money I have ever spent. My eyes are great no glasses needed. Love it just my sunglasses. Now I can wear any style and fashion and cheap sunglasses and see.I highly recommend getting your surgery today and be set free of fogged up glasses, slipping down your nose from perspiration or just falling off and most off al forgetting were you put them or sitting on them.Thank you everyone at Kelowna Laser Vision for be set free of glasses most of all my eye sight and making it a great experience. Phenomenal experience! I've worn glasses for over 20 years, KLV changed my life. The entire process from first contact to post surgery appt was excellent. Beverly was my main contact. She did an excellent job communicating every aspect of the process and was a very personable lady. Dr. Casey was also excellent. Very nice guy. Profesional. Answered all my questions. Dr. Chambers, again was excellent! I spent about 20 to 30 minutes with him. This guy is on point. He clearly is very awesome at his job. No nonsense, ran that operating room like a boss. I didn't learn the names of Dr Chambers' support staff, but damn they were all excellent too! 5 days later I feel it's safe to say my vision feels excellent. Even better than I had with the glasses I walked in with as they were already an outdated prescription. I can't express enough my thanks to all involved at KLV. If you are looking to correct your vision do not think twice about KLV. Just call them and do it. I assure you, you will thank yourself for making such a good decision!!

I had PRK surgery by Dr. Joel Casey in Kelowna in 2004.I have been very happy with the results. He was exceptional. I just went to the optometrist for some computer readers and she mentioned that my distance vision is still excellent and that Dr. Casey did a great job.
