No one can compare to the lack of service or attention to detail provided by Farrow. We get clearance requests from companies that are not for us daily. Your team really needs to be trained to open email attachments before sending to the wrong company.

Farrow is competing with Livingston for the worst broker, but at least Livingston answers the phone. If you are crossing the border on the weekend or at night be prepared to wait 6-8 hours.Don't bother sending them an email as that is throughly ignored also. Stop using Wuhan as an excuse for your disgraceful lack of service.
