I would like to express my gratitude to Mathew for making the process an exceptional experience, as well Ashton delivered and installed the unit in a most professional and timely manner. I was also very delighted that with this unit Mathew was able to detect that there was one toilet in the house that was running water continuously resulting in more water consumption and higher billing charges. I highly recommend their service and product quality.

A++ isn’t enough credit to give this team! we had Matt come out and gave the best customer service!!! We have well water off grid and he came up with all the solutions and at a great price point! Joseph took the time to explain everything and to ensure we had enough information to make an informed decision in regards to the installation of a water softener. Even after installation, he has remained responsive to any questions we have had. Highly recommend.

We recently moved to Alcona and was advised to get a water softner. I had a few companies come out to test my water but decided to go with Culligan because of the patience and knowledge of our rep Matthew. He took his time to explain why we needed the system and all its benefits. We installed the H.E. system and glad we did. The amount of salt/water it requires to flush the system is minimal. The installation went well. The technician was very respectful of the home and Matthew was there to ensure no issues. Matthew has always been available with any questions we’ve had and also came back months later to re-test our water. We are please with our system and would recommend to family and friends. Our experience with Joseph was amazing. He was genuine and honest and made us feel like valued customers. Not only is Culligan Water’s product amazing in itself, the customer service we received from Joseph was top notch. He even did a follow up visit to ensure our system was working as it should have. Had my carbon tank and water softener installed 2 weeks ago and now have awesome water!! Very happy with my purchase. Now I will no longer have to worry about or continually clean my faucets of calcium buildup, or clean the water spots off of my stainless steel sinks. There are so many more benefits. We had Joseph come out to our house when our old water softener came to the end of its life and he was very informative of the various Culligan products. We knew we wanted to go with an actual supplier due to the short life expectancy of off the shelf units but what sold us on Culligan was Joseph's professionalism and customer service skills. He showed us what we already knew regarding the quality of our water and presented all of our options to us. In doing so, he was well versed and not pushy whatsoever. Which is what really stood out to us and ultimately led us to move forward with Culligan. He led us to what he personally and professionally thought would be best for our household but was very understanding of us wanting to make sure that everything fit within budget.Once we had everything signed, he made sure to follow up with us and we had our new system installed within a week of signing the paperwork. He just recently came back out to our home to re-test our water to make sure everything was working properly and to ensure the install went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better/smoother experience with purchasing a water system.

Everyone, beware of the worst customer service and Bad business structure!Purchased house in Bayshore village six years ago with installed Culligan water softner system.System was Not operational ( probably years) , however Old couple was charged every month for Dead equipment.We made a request and after several attempts equipment was fixed?! not replaced and we agreed to extend the contract.6 years later company never provided and service to check or service equipment, however they did raised monthly charges twice, last year and this year Without Any explanations or notification!Just charging more our bank account!In April we decided to finally end this nonsense and canceled Culligan contract in writing! Now we facing an unbelievable bad customer service- to remove Culligan equipment from our house!Schedule, reschedule and no show of plumber from Culligan for equipment removal. There is absolutely No business communication from Culligan (Barrie) office!We made every effort to solve this in reasonable matter, however it looks like it's need to be handled by our lawyer.We will share our experience on every public media to protect people from the same mistakes- STAY AWAY FROM CULLIGAN!

Matthew was a pleasure to work with, very eager to share facts about our water, and what he recommended and answer all of our questions… I had a many. I did a deep dive in comparison of Culligan to other companies, and I felt most comfortable with the quality of their product and service. Our water softener has been installed for a few months now and we really see a positive difference in our water quality.The only reason I am not providing five stars is because Culligan Water is not able to provide testing of sodium levels in our water. Actually, no water company is able to provide this. In searching around I can’t find anyone who offers this, it is only offered as an expensive lab test. Considering water softeners use salt water as part of the cleaning process it would bring peace of mind to be able to do a sodium test before and after the water softener install to ensure that there are reasonable levels of salt within the drinking water. As Culligan is the top brand in this field, I would encourage their research team to provide this.Although, Culligan is the only company that I have heard of that actually returns and does post install water test, in home.Based on those numbers to provide an informed summary of the post install softened water.

It was great meeting Mathew he was very helpful. He installed our water system for our cottage that had discoloured water. After the Installation it’s now drinkable water and the water is crystal clear. Thank you Mathew !
