The seats are fantastic! Love being able to recline! The food is good, and they even have ice cream options if that’s your thing.

Smaller theatre than your typical Cineplex, but much more comfortable.Though the screen is smaller as well, everyone gets recliners to relax in for the movie and the screen is large enough to enjoy almost any movie (if you're looking for IMAX quality, it's not here).Parking is free underground if you arrive after 6pm on weekdays, and also on weekends (I think). You just take the ticket stub with you into the theatre and validate it there before leaving.Overall great experience, would recommend.

Love this place! Prices are comparable with cineplex but seating is more comfortable and not as crowded. The cheese for the nachos is horrible though I do not recommend! Staff has always been friendly and courteous. Bathrooms need to be checked and cleaned more often, it was gross. Still my theater of choice.

Honestly my preferred theatre coming from Brantford area. Seats are sooooo much more comfortable then cineplex. Prices I believe are a bit better, so more bang for your buck. Parking at Jackson Square kinda sucks tho especially during day time hours.

My husband and I go here all the time, the recliner seats make the experience.Just wanted to shout out my customer service experience this past Tuesday though, I was served by Jenny and she was phenomenal. We’d been to the theatre 3 times that month and she was the first to point out my husbands free birthday popcorn. She also was super attentive and accommodating even though I was just getting a refill.Her energy though was the highlight, dancing as she worked, bubbly and friendly. It put a smile on my face.

The seats were hilarious. I think if anything, the atmosphere made me a little uncomfortable. Although, I can understand the attraction for some. Cheap movies and cinema food, a decent experience in the downtown core.

Love this place to death, I’ve been coming here for many years. The seats are great and the concessions are top notch.However, I’m a little concerned. A certain staff member by the name of Amryl seems way overworked. She waited until there was a lineup of people to start scanning tickets and was actually quite rude about it.

Small and nice. The staff is really kind. Most of the time I go late and there would be no one in the theater. The chairs are amazingly comfortable. They recline, and they are too soft. I love their popcorn. Clean bathrooms always, never went and something was missing. Just the location especially late at night gives me chills because of the downtown location. Their is park validation, which is superb; and their is two exit from the cinema which is cool.

Brought my family to watch Elemental last night - 3D. Oh my gosh, did my kids ever love it! The reclining sofas were amazing and the concession service was great. Free mall garage parking after 6pm was a bonus too.

Best theatre in Hamilton hands down. The La-Z-Boy chairs are so comfortable that you’ll fall asleep while watching the movie. You can select your seats before purchasing your tickets and they have free parking or at least discounted parking on certain days.
