SuperFibre is currently advertising NEW pricing in my condo building and upon calling their customer support, they claim the pricing they're advertising doesn't exist. They offered a plan - double the advertised price for a slower speed as the only available option.Misleading advertising occurs when a claim about a product or service is materially false or misleading, in an attempt to persuade the consumer to buy it. Canada's Competition Act prohibits misleading advertising.

Giving one star because I received flyer about their service but it’s still not available at my area. What’s the point of distributing your flyers but you can’t provide the services; it just makes people feel disappointed

SuperFibre had sent promotional flyers to my building, and they're the cheapest among the top communication providers on the market.The technician came the next day to set up after the phone appointment. There were no hidden charges, only a $50 initial fee, and an agreed monthly charge per month on my credit card.I noticed no more lag/drop connection while I was WFH, streaming, and gaming which made a huge difference compared to Teksavvy who I was with for 9 years.I highly recommend them if their service is available in your area.
