It seems KW took advantage of my elderly mum when she was buying a home when I wasn’t in the country to be able to assist. Not happy with the lack of transparency into the issues with the home she was sold. They also recommended an inspector for her... the realtor selling the home did. No conflict of interest there of course.Avoid if you care about your loved ones who can easily be taken advantage of.

Beware Jason Richard, Moncton New Brunswick. Built my house. Many problems, fix some after months and was stuck with over a $700 bill to replace my leaky gutters. Told me was sick of my messages and to contact his lawyer. So many other problems with my home as well that I am left to fix on my own.
