They have an employee that irritates landlords and renters. He had no manners and tries to push his weight around as if he runs the show. He defies orders and parks and drives across lawns and knocks on tenants doors after being ordered off of the property. When I contacted this company to complain, they knew who I was talking about without me providing a license plate or even a description of the man.
