My husband and I have visited this Wendy's 2 or 3 times this month,the bathrooms are disgusting,looked the same all 3 times, not been cleaned at all,no toilet paper and maybe put a hook on the door for womens purses so we don't have to put it on the gross sticky floor or dirty door handle

The Caledonia place served cold fries and when I advised them they did nothing.They didn't seem to careQuality is our recipe was the logo above the pop machines what a joke.Lack of Quality it should read

First the chicken burger ordered was not the right one.. the Dave's single cheeseburger was cold ..and I mean not even remotely close to warm. The fries were cold . No gravy as ordered no napkins . waited at the window of the drive through for a good 5 minutes for cold food .. wondering if we got a wrong order or it was 9 pm and they didn't give a.f. i fed mine to the dog whom we had with us .. my husband took one bite and walked over to the garbage and threw it in. Won't be venturing to the Caledonia Wendy's again anytime soon at this rate !

This is a very new location, so it's hard to believe how many things are out of order in there. TV - Out of Order, Self Serve Pop Machine - Out of Order, BOTH Self-Serve Kiosks - Out of Order, Washroom had No Toilet Paper, Sink Doesnt Work, and self flushing toilet doesnt work, and wasnt impressed with the very young Manager" talking down to the staff in front of customers. Didnt even give me a receipt.. maybe printer was out of order too?! Lol Food was hot and fresh though."

If I could give this a zero I would ... Fries were cold . Coffee was ice cold and when asked for a fresh hot cup was given major attitude then took almost 2o mins to get a cup ...burgers were squished like someone say on them .. salad was soggy wilted used wrong lettuce then put a hot whole chicken breast on top so melted /cooked the lettuce and made all the lettuce gross ...dining area was beyond gross dirty tables dirty floors ...workers were not customer friendly garbages were so full couldn't even put garbage in it the drink area was discusting lids everywhere garbage and ketchup all over counter this use to be a really good place to go NOT ANYMORE VERY DISSAPOINTED

Friendly service. No customers were in the store when I went in and the place was filthy. There was spilled drinks all over the servery where you get your straws and lids. The tables were sticky and had dried ketchup on them. It was difficult to find a clean table to eat at. I chose a clean corner of a table. The food was fine but the uncleanliness of the dining room left me to question the cleanliness of the back of the house where the staff in the kitchen prepares the food…

Worse wendys in North America.. 30 minutes in drive thru , 4th car in line. 2nd time here same experience, never again.. Also watched girl mop floors with her “invincible gloves” on and immediately fix a burger bun, meat and all. Disgusting, i will never come back and id advise yall to never come here…

You can wait awhile in this drive thru line sometimes. Be prepared. Hopefully you get more lettuce then this

Service here is ok, wife and I had the Chicken combo, both burgers where crushed. Fries where just barely warm. Luckily I don't eat fast food a lot, cause I won't be back here any time soon.Back (April 29/22) to see if maybe management and the food got better. Again ordered 2 Spice Chicken sandwich combo's and both where like chewing leather. The pick says it all, I will definitely be avoiding this Wendy's for ever.December 17/22 Just drove by this Wendy's and it's dark meaning CLOSED, on a Saturday??? Management of this Wendy's must be a great employee orientated manager.
