We worked with Evorden to customize my finace's engagement ring using some stones from a heritage ring. They were amazing throughout the entire process, and helped guide us towards her dream ring. We will be going back for our wedding bands

I worked with Evorden to customize my engagement ring based off their Charlotte style. They were so wonderful and helpful in crafting my dream ring. They had the expertise and skill to design my ring, and they found me the perfect teal sapphire I’d always imagined. I am so in love with my ring and can not recommend Evorden enough! Evorden is an excellent local jewellery store for engagement rings, wedding bands, and vintage pieces. The designs are elegant, detailed, and timeless. I picked out the Eleanor ring and my partner loved it! We went back to shop for wedding bands, and received top notch service and professionalism from Daisy and Liv. Evorden created both my engagement ring and wedding band and I couldn’t be more thrilled - they were so easy to work with, and the final result is equally stunning & unique. They were also able to source the perfect lab-created diamond for us, which was important for both ethical and budgetary reasons. Their showroom is also gorgeous! Highly recommend.

My first experience with Evorden was right after my partner proposed and we went in to look at rings together. I was extremely excited and also so overwhelmed with all the choices but unfortunately my excitement ended there. The woman we were working with at first was dismissive and gave a feeling that I was not worth her time or deserving of the rings... an attitude I refer to as apathetically snippy. I ended up finding a ring I really liked but felt terrible leaving the showroom because of the attitude from her. I went to another designer and asked them if they could make something similar to the ring but it never felt right.I kept having a nagging feeling I wasn't going to find something I liked more than the ring I loved at Evorden so I asked to meet with someone else for fresh perspective".Enter Daisey. The team at Evorden were a pleasure to work with. I ordered my wife's engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. My ring was custom and Daisy was fantastic to work with. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of rings we received and we're over the moon with how all three rings turned out.We cannot recommend Evorden enough. It was an incredibly positive experience working with them on such an emotional purchase.

My fiancée purchased the Adah ring for me last summer and proposed in September with it. I love the design and the ring so much!Unfortunately, this spring after only about 8 months of wear, it started to bend in the band. The style of the band is very delicate and thin.He couldn’t have known when purchasing the ring that the thinness of the band does not hold up to every day wear.When I brought the ring in to be looked at I was told that it was due to my lifestyle and that I was too rough with the ring. The response was fast and felt very defensive to me.I found this frustrating as I work in healthcare; so the ring is mainly worn on a chain around my neck. I also take it off to sleep at night, and when I’m doing housework or cooking. I don’t lift weights or do anything intense with the ring on, so I couldn’t understand why it was warping.When I looked into the issue myself I learned from other jewellers that if the band is too thin it can’t support the weight of the setting for the diamond and will often do exactly what mine had done.The warping was small but enough for me to notice and it really was bothering me.The ring also came with a warranty. So I was told that they could make the band thicker but that I would have to pay. Or they could just straighten it out and I wouldn’t have to pay. I felt as though if I just had it straightened that the issue would keep happening. So I asked if they would continue to straighten again if the issue occurred again. I was told no, as that would affect the integrity of the ring. I completely understand that, but don’t understand how this could be a solution. The issue seemed to be in the construction of the ring itself. I directly said I was not happy with this solution, explained how my wear of the ring is on the gentle side, and how I felt they should take ownership for this issue. The response was that we should agree to disagree, and that I would have to pay to make the band thicker.So I felt I had no choice but to pay for the work. They quoted me $400 and gave me a 50% discount so I had to pay $200 for the fix.Maybe that’s fair, but it’s less about the money for me. Something like an engagement ring is a special purchase and you want to feel a trust with the people producing it. The band that matches it is something I really wanted to buy, but now I feel like I can’t trust that the ring will be made for every day wear. I’m also anxious that something else could go wrong with the ring, and the issue will be somehow my fault and my cost to repair.

Evorden designed my engagement ring - and I am OBSESSED. It is the perfect mix of modern while also maintain the dainty or petite vibe that I love. I have been to their old and new show rooms and both and beautiful. The experience of shopping is so fun as you have to book and appointment and will have the place to yourself to browse. Cant recommend them enough.
