Station Road Dental Aldergrove

I’m Shelley’s husband and have been seen over past decade by our Dentist here, my experience has been very good. Receptionist friendly always trying to accommodate my busy schedule and John is awesome never pressuring, with high regards for my needs and budget, I am thankful for their service to our community.

Best dentist we’ve ever been too. The staff are amazing and even with my major fear of going to the dentist they make it not so bad! The kids never complain about going for their check ups here and in my books that’s a huge win!

I understand that this dental office is doing it's best. That said, I cannot rate their level of service that high. I went in for a basic cleaning, but they were 20 minutes late getting to me, I think due to staff shortages. Just past the dental chairs I could see numerous random items including what looked like cleaning products just lying strewn around, but the real thing that bugs me is that one of the workers was wearing inch long fake nails. These nails poked sharply at the inside of my mouth when she gave me flossing even despite the gloves she wore and she didn't floss two of my teeth, perhaps because of this. I think they did charge me for it though. Also, the dentist, he stuck his fingers in my mouth then touched my head. It's not very pleasant when a dentist touches your head with your own saliva. I realize that this dental office is doing it's best, but I do feel they could do a lot better level of service. Oh and also when I was paying, they did not show what I was paying for, they only gave procedure codes. So some extra transparency when paying would be nice.

Have been going to Station Road Dental since it opened. We have found Dr So to be very professional,gentle and is very caring. He is the best Dentist we've ever had! Diana at front desk is awesome and great at reminding you when its time for check up and cleaning.

Amazing experience EVERY TIME!!!!! The customer service has been exceptional since my first call to make an appointment to my most recent appointment. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist was so kind she tried to rearrange to fit with my schedule. I get very friendly reminders, which include double or even triple calls if I’m not able to pick up. I even get calls to remind me that I have X or Y procedures to get down. And it is always a pleasure making appointments because the understanding and flexibility I receive.Then let’s talk about the service. I thoroughly dislike dental procedures. But Dr. And his very pleasant assistant make it so seamless I feel absolutely nothing I just sit as if I’m on a beach in Hawaii.

Highly recommend station road dental, Dr. SO is very professional, fast and efficient. They are also very caring and compassionate especially when it comes to teeth and mouth pain. I have been going to them for years, and actually changed dentist after my husband started going to station road because how professional and good they are, my young children now go see Dr. SO and dianna and are actually very excited to go to the dentist. Thank you station road for being so great with our family. Once again Highly recommend !!

This is the BEST dental office I've ever been to. I have anxiety about going to the dentist but since I've been coming to Station Road Dental, I feel much more at ease. The entire dental staff makes this is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs.

Wonderful Dentist.They take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed.The staff is excellent, the building is clean and they are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for all, its worth the drive if your from out of town.

I've been going here for a few years now and have been very happy with the experience. The staff have always been nice and efficient. When I come for my appointments I tend to get in quickly, though I usually get one of the first slots of the day so I can't say what it's like later in the day.When I came in with sensitivity in my gums Dr. So explained the issue well (overbrushing with too firm of a brush wearing the gums down) and referred me to a great specialist who has been able to restore my gums.
