This is now the second time me and my girlfriend have had to call Pro Canada Towing, and what would usually be an awful experience, was made so much better by how polite and helpful Fred and his wife were. They were on time, ready to go, very knowledgeable, kind and very fair with their pricing! Both times they were able to get us going again in an efficient and timely manner, couldn't recommend anyone more! Amazing!

My experience with them was unreal! This company is amazing. A tiny homeless kitten crawled up into a coworkers car engine. He saw us struggling to get the kitten out and pulled up to offer help. He lifted up the car and we managed to save the kitten and get it out. He never asked for anything in return. I didn't even know such kind, genuine people still existed in the world. If you ever need help with a tow this is the guy you should call to save the day!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!Fouad kept the drivers involved safe from oncoming traffic, promptly towed my car, offered water and drove me to get a car rental. He was by my side from accident to helping me load my personal belongings into the rental!This has been BY FAR my best experience under poor circumstances. With Fouad, you’ll get a sincere sense that this man cares not only for his business but for his customers, as well, wholeheartedly.

My boyfriend's cars battery wouldnt turn over, called this company based on a google ad and the driver came out exactly on time that they said they would. He used the mobile booster and we got the car up and running, the driver was extremely pleasant and helpful, he moved very quickly to get us going again on such a cold morning. We were going to drive it to a garage after leaving it run for 15 mins, it didn't get 100m before dying again. Called the driver back to get a tow to the garage, he came back within 25 minutes. He said he was going to try the boost again as it would be cheaper for us than a tow. He boosted the car for a 2nd time (at no extra cost) then followed us to the garage to make sure we got there safe, and declined a tip or further payment once we got to the garage. Unbelievably pleased with the service we received and will absolutely recommend this company to all our family and friends.

Bless Brad’s Soul. 4 Days ago. I was locked out of my car. Pouring rain, I had my 4 month old infant in my arms. Brad was super quick, fast acting and tremendously professional. He let me take cover to in his truck but before I could even make it to the passenger door he had my car open. I could have not been happier in my time of need. Brad also seems happier working for ProCanada than Previous. Thanks again Brad! Stay safe man!

Amazing service. He arrived within 15 minutes. There was some confusion initially because i had called another company who dispatched his company. My gas tank locked and I couldn’t open it at the gas pump at Esso. He was able to get it opened in a timely manner, and I will take it into my dealership to see what the problem is and have it fixed there. He went out of his way to make sure that my car was filled with gas before leaving just in case the gas tank locked on me again. He’s just started his own company and he’s looking for new clients. Very friendly and helpful! The cost was 80$ because I called him through another dispatcher but if you call him directly I’m sure he’ll give you a better deal (probably half the price). Highly recommended.
