This was my first time using a cleaning service, and Smile and Shine did an incredible job. Booking the service was so simple, and the team was very friendly and responsive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the job each step of the way, and were exceptionally thorough with just the standard cleaning service (can only imagine how good a deep clean would be). This is definitely a service that I will be using again, and highly recommend to others. 10/10

My family received a move In cleaning from Smile and shine and the cleaning team did an outstanding job! From top to bottom the house was spotless.The way they communicated with us was great, very transparent, and the cleaning crew was polite and professional. Our family got a moving cleaning from smile and shine and it was amazing! The staff is very patient and they break down every thing they're going to do. My lady and myself had an amazing experience with this company! From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, we knew that we were getting great service. We felt like every question relating to what type of cleaning we needed was asked. Now to the clean itself! Wow, We have never used a cleaning company before, but we know exactly who we’ll be using in the future. The house was cleaned to perfection. We keep our space relatively clean, however, after the job was finished, there was a huge difference. The paying attention to detail by this company is amazing. We feel the right products were used to clean various spaces, and this was all because of the initial convo had when setting up the appointment.We are so impressed.Definitely using this service again!
