I would definitely recommend and will use again!!!Ian and his business partner Rene did a fantastic job renovating my master bathroom. Ian fist scheduled to come by and take measurements for a quote. A few days later I had an itemized list of parts, labour and additional items that were my responsibility such as fixtures and choosing a tile and floor material. Ian provided great input on materials and fixtures and even took some phone calls from me while I was at the store and had additional questions for him.Ian and Rene also provided a detailed schedule which they stuck too!Ian and Rene were at my house renovating my bathroom everyday until it was completed and provided updates along the way. They were also very clean while working. The main hallway and stairs had runners on the floor in order not to dirty my tile/carpet, they also swept and vacuumed after each shift.The bathroom has been completed for a few weeks now and I am still extremely happy. I will be using iLevel contracting again for my next projects!!!

We used iLevel Contracting Inc. for a Laundry room remodel at the beginning of 2021. From the very start of the project we had a great experience. We are very happy with the deck that iLevel Contracting built for us and highly recommend this company as a contractor for any home project.The project took about a week and Ian provided regular updates regarding progress, materials, costs and estimated timing to complete.During the construction Ian communicated suggestions for additional upgrades and improvements to the deck structure. He provided a good explanation and costs of each option so that we could make an informed decision.Our deck looks great and we are happy with the quality of construction. We were pleased to be able to enlist I Level Contracting for our recent condo renovation. We had several tasks planned, all of which were handled and completed with finesse. This included complete renovation of two bathrooms, installing new plumbing, a vanity, light fixtures and tiling of walls and floors. All done with care and precision.The entire unit was re-floored with engineered flooring and the crew was very attentive to detail again.When a difficult electrical issue arose, they were able to source the right pro for the very challenging job.All doors and baseboards were replaced painted and installed with finesse.As the crew were beginning their flooring work they uncovered a nasty, probably longstanding, problem that also needed to be addressed. This being an older building, such issues, left unsolved could have meant major problems later on-AND re-doing some of the work later. They installed several potlights, relocated my washer and dryer including connections, installed several plumbing fixtures, and a few other general repairs for me at a very reasonable price and finished the work within the timeline we set out. iLevel fixed my broken front door after it was forcibly broken down. They fixed it the next day and were very quick with the repairs. They cleaned up well afterwards and have followed up to make sure the door was working properly. I would recommend them highly!

iLevel Contracting does a fantastic job! We hired them to transform a bedroom into an ensuite bathroom in our new home. While there were definitely hurdles along the way, Ian and Rene communicated everything to us in a timely manner and gave us options to fix the inevitable extras that come with any project. Timelines got a little bit skewed due to COVID production issues for some materials, but Ian and Rene worked hard to mitigate any delays. We have many more projects we hope to hire them for in the future!

I used iLevel to finish tiling and grouting of a shower. The work was excellent, Ian kept me informed every step of the way, and I was very satisfied with the result.
