We were referred to 5.0 Stucco from a friend and were very happy we followed through with the recommendation - dealing with Brandon was a delight; he was very prompt with communication and gave us a timeline that not only we were happy with, but that he also stuck with. I received an estimate from Brandon and Stucco 5.0 late last fall after issues arose with my stucco exterior. Brandon responded quickly to my request, and provided a prompt, thorough estimate shortly thereafter. Given seasonality concerns we chose to defer the work, but Brandon remained in constant contact, providing updates on timing. Once we got started in late spring, the tear-down work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Application of the stucco was completed shortly thereafter, and the colour match, texturing and quality of the work was perfect. I have had few contractors who have paid as much attention to not only the project, but also the clean-up of their jobs during and after their work, and am extremely happy with the entire process. I would highly recommend Brandon and this company.

I've had an ongoing woodpecker problem for 3 consecutive spring seasons and have tried a few different options that either didn't work or looked awful. I found 5.0 Stucco this spring. Brandon was in constant contact from setting up a time to meet, deliver on the estimate, bring over a sample and completing the work. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to fit me in earlier than I had anticipated. The product he is using is guaranteed through the manufacturer. I'm hoping I don't need to use 5.0 Stucco again, but if I do I won't hesitate.

As a realtor I’ve seen a lot of homes, and I can say that 5.0 Stucco is the best in the business. Brandon is professional, easy to connect with and responsive. You won’t find another company who cares as much as they do with the cleanliness of the worksite and how they leave it. I 1000% recommend them!

I'm not sure why there is so much positive hype in the previous reviews, but my experience was anything but. I should note that I have not used 5.0 Stucco, per se, but I moved into a house that had 5.0 Stucco refinish the exterior of the house back in 2014. Since moving in, I noticed some cracking, so I contacted Brandon. After playing phone tag, we chatted on a Monday. I told Brandon about the issues and sent some photos of the cracking. Brandon mentioned that there are likely issues underneath, from the original cement application (that Brandon had not done), and that he just re-finished the stucco over top at the previous homeowners' request. That was totally fine, but I was still hoping to get it repaired. Brandon told me to call him on Thursday to arrange a time to meet, likely on Friday. I am a busy professional, and so I blocked off some time Friday morning (in what was a super busy week for me). I reached out to Brandon on Thursday as he requested - by phone and text - multiple times and heard nothing back. I stuck around at home Friday morning in case he showed up. He did not. I was very disappointed as there was a lack of respect for my time. I text him again on the weekend mentioning I lined up another contractor to come take a look at the cracking since he seemed busy. Brandon now replied back mentioning he had a sick child and so his schedule got thrown out of whack. He also mentioned family comes before work, which I can totally sympathize with, since I also have a young family. But, not even a text back to indicate he can't come by Friday morning? I rearranged several appointments to accommodate Brandon. Moreover, I got a sarcastic response saying good luck with the other contractor". My sense is Brandon thought the job was either too small or that I would try to make a warranty claim

I have been working with Brandon as my stucco contractor for over 4 years now. Its been a pleasure working with Brandon. Him and his crew are very professional, clean and above all do amazing work. Brandon is able to provide consistent quality time and time again and his crew has never changed. You will not be disappointed with Brandon.

I usually never give reviews good or bad, Had our house Stoccoed last summer. We had many quotes offered to us but at then end we chose to use 5.0 I have to say I was very happy with all work and professionalism displayed by Brandon and the rest of the crew. I only waited until now to give a review as I wanted to see how everything held up over the winter and if Brandon would service us if things needed repair. so far so good. Thank you Brandon and 5.0 Stucco. Would highly recommend to any one considering.

Brandon was referred to us from a friend who build infills and her father, who is an architect, uses Brandon and his team. This is our forever home and quality counts for us. Since we have a huge reno having a competitive price was also important. Brandon's measurements were accurate, the team was great and they paid attention to all the small details. We are very happy with the quality of the work and we know it is excellent as we were forced by our county to use an outside engineering firm to inspect all stages of the work and they were really pleased. Over the past few years our Condo Corp with 38 units has required numerous repairs to the stucco finish of our units. This year our EIFS battens were the target of choice for woodpeckers and chickadees. The Board collected the names of several stucco contractors before we chose 5.0 Stucco for this job. Excellent work - would recommend Brandon and his crew! We had woodpecker problems on our 3 year old home. Once we confirmed the work we wanted done Brandon and his crew came and completed the work and cleaned up well. We are very happy with the results.
