I spent 300.00 getting 2 phones repaired on Friday , the same night one of the new screen protectors was chipped and cracked . Go to the shop on Monday to get it replaced and pos see only given at least a discount given it was just replaced and the girl just told us no way no warranty after you leave the shop was rude and zero customer care ! We’re talking a 15.00 screen protector! Then I call the store and ask why they didn’t even consider a discount to replace it , she started yelling at me and when she finished yelling she hung up on me !Rude Indian girl and no customer care whatsoever!Go elsewhere it’s not for the 15.e00 it’s how we both were treated .Fast track 10 mins later the manager called me and was so apologetic for what transpired and couldn’t be more helpful !offered me a discount plus plus plus ! Thank goodness there are some great people out there who truly understand customer service

He fixed/replaced my phone's glass back. Did a great job in about 1 hour. Highly recommended for your repairs. Also replaced my car remote battery. Reasonably priced for all.

The service was excellent compared to other stores quoting 100-120$ for a simple. iPhone 7 plus replacement that takes 30 mins, tops. I can replace my own phone parts via YouTube but my mother needed this phone urgently.One of their franchises quoted for 85$ at Kingsway but Steve from Madison Centre quoted to 70$. Significant difference since it's under the same brand.The screen feels like the authentic OEM display, quite impressive; usually, it'll feel like glassy plastic.Although, I had to wait 15 mins because he was gone for 20 mins without a specific timeframe when he left.One of the suggestions that a customer lining up beside me said:The owner or the person who is operating the store, should put a sign.Stating when they left and when they'll be back; not stating 20 mins with unspecified time frame.Could increase your customer retention with certainty instead of uncertainty.

Highly recommend this place. I am very happy with their services.I got my 12 pro screen fixed in this store. And they gave me very good price. I had to leave for Toronto and broke my screen. My tickets and everything was in my phone. And they fixed within 30 minutes of time.Price was also way cheaper than Apple. Really appreciate their work.

My phone charging socket was having issues for the last year or so. And I would usually clean it and after a few times cleaning would not fix it anymore. So I always had to charge my phone with wireless charger.Today I decided to stop by this store since they had such good reviews. There were 2 other phone repair shops much more convenient and closer to me, but I always value reviews over convenience.I went to this shop and told the girl what my problem is and she immediately started cleaning the power socket again. And turns out I didn’t know how to properly clean it… the phone got fixed and she didn’t ask for any money. I felt bad, so I asked her to change the screen protector. The fact is I did have screen protector at home and I was gonna change it myself but since she was so decent and caring, I wanted to somehow pay back.I have had previous experiences with other phone accessories or repair shops before and I have always had either bad experience or average…Thank you Mobilyf this is my new spot to get all repairs and parts for my phone. You got me and all my friends and family’s business.

Just got a repair done for a cracked screen of my iPhone 7 Plus today. The service tech provided professional and prompt service. I could tell the screen he used for the replacement was a quality product while the fee he charged was extremely competitive compared to other businesses nearby. Highly recommend!

Yeah I like they have warranty service so it is cheaper price than last time. Sam was nice and kind to explain what is problem. And great job for fixing my phone! Thanks!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the Fast Cell location in Burnaby. They have always been lightning fast, fair and have offered great service. If you need anything done with your phone, these are the guys to help you out. I am very happy with the service they gave me yesterday and the phone is working like new.

Ali was very nice and fixed our issue within 20 mins! Definitely recommend this place and also recommended to my friends and family already. We dropped an iPhone 11 Pro, it was all cracked and wouldn't turn on. Ali ran some tests and it wasn't charging and he quickly went to work and replaced the screen then once the phone turned on he made sure it was working properly. $130 was a small price to pay to keep the information that was on the phone! Will be coming back in the future if I have any other issue.
