It was a pleasure to sell my condo with David. He is calm, professional and very accommodating. He wasn't thinking about himself and making you to sell your property at the lowest price. As a property manager and realtor, he has a team of highly competent photographers, handymen and cleaners that can arrange to make your property ready to list within days. He also provided 3D tour of the listing. I highly recommend David to sell your property.

David is excellent at what he does and always puts the needs of the client first. He was able to find tenants to rent my condo within a week of our contract beginning, and was always quick to communicate with me about any required maintenance or any other issues. I always had complete peace of mind that my condo was in good hands. Would highly recommend for any property management needs!

I have engaged David to rent my condo twice now and could not be more pleased. The past two years have seen some challenges in the rental market, yet David has been able to quickly find qualified tenants at what I believe to be the best rents given the circumstances.
