Shane's Built-In Vacuums Ltd.
I called Shane's Built Vacuums Ltd. to fix a blockage in my central vacuum system. He showed up late then tried to open the pipes using a pluming snake for more than 1 hour with no success. Finally when I ask him to check the attic he found the blockage there. He charged me $60 for service call and $200 for cleaning the block and a total of $291. A job that could have be done in 30 min took 1.5 h. The problem was fixed which I am grateful for, but the charge was unfair. I do not recommend using this company.

Shane's Built-in Vacuums has been fantastic to deal with. Both times we had issues with our vacuum he came out within an hour or two of contacting him. He was very helpful and even went the 'extra mile' and replaced the belt on our carpet attachment. I would highly recommend this company!

Awful experience. Shane came to look at a vacuum that he tried to fix by hammering at the outer shell with a pair of pliers. He then tried to sell me one of his refurbished models for 800 dollars. Do not recommend!

Wow! Is all I can say! Our 30+ year old unit died at 10:13am and Shane was here at 12:15 with a new unit! Many companies advertise Same Day Service" but I honestly didn't expect Shane today (on a Monday). So easy and friendly to deal with. Not too sound corny
