Keith My Furnace Guy is a very professional and courteous service. The work was top notch and I got some very helpful information on how to keep my furnace in tip top condition.

He showed up early to get a head start, took me through the process and then got to work - even went the extra mile and tightened to my cold air returns. Keith did a MUCH better job than anyone else I’ve used in the past. I can’t believe it only cost $169.I highly recommended this local independent business man.

Keith arrived a little early to start on the cleaning of my furnace and ducts. I liked the fact that he was wearing a mask when he approached my house and had the mask on him the entire time. It had been 13 years since our furnace was last serviced and yes it was pretty dirty. The portable vacuum that he has is much better than the truck with bags sitting far away from your house. I snuck down to see how he was doing and saw that he values safety religiously, by wearing eye, ear, and hand protection and even a safety vest! Keith’s work is efficient, effective and a top class professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get their furnace serviced and ducts cleaned.

Not sure what the challenge of the previous reviewer was but definitely not my experience. Keith showed up on time for my appointment. He explained what was going to be done and worked hard doing it. Of all my years getting my furnace cleaned this company was the only one that instilled confidence my furnace and ducts were actually being cleaned. Keith was very professional and knew his stuff. I will definitely use Keith in the future an absolutely recommend him to my friends and family. I read all about Keith and helped me make my decision to call him. Sure glad I did.

Keith is extremely professional and punctual. Plus he uses a powerful portable vacuum which I think is better then truck parked 40-50 feet away. He througly checked our furnace. Cleaned all intakes and ducts. Made some suggestions but didn't try to sell any extra service etc. We had our furnace cleaned first time in 9 years and we can definitely feel the difference. Will use him again

I have not met Keith in person yet, he was able to help me over the phone. He get's 5 stars for customer service i've only experienced once or twice in my life; it's called honesty. I was feeling insecure about our furnace which is very old but completely operable, safe and reliable. A young man came this morning for a minor request but engaged in aggressive, high pressure sales tacts. I felt a little shaken up by the end. Keith will definitely get our future business.
