I went there for a necklace i saw from instagram. But too bad it was sold out. The girl told me i was able to order it in but the wait is around 1 or 2 weeks. But i need it as soon as possible so i was helped to pick something else. IT IS GREAT!Service is amazing!

About a year ago I picked up a gift here for my girlfriend and the service here was excellent that I left a 5 star review. I went back trying to purchase another gift for her, but the sales here was not welcoming, barely any service at all. I end up going to their other branch in downtown and saw the lady who helped me from before, highly recommend to shop in their Pacific Centre location since the service here was so bad.

The store only opened for a month. I shopped there with my girlfrd for at least 5 times. IT WAS GREAT! The sales are so nice and they are funny to talk to! But pls avoid shopping there after lunch time and dinner time. There is gonna be long lineup. The apm is hype LOL

It was great service and great craftsmanship. The price is also affordable. I was helped by Joanna. She helped me a lot because i couldn't decide which to buy. I sat there for 40 minutes, geting the best service and brought home the greatest jewellery.

I received a fantastic service! I came on the first day of store opening. The line up was crazily long. The girl Anna who helped me was patient and offered her professional advice. I ended up buying a lot and then ordered 2 more bangles- one customized bangle and one that is not in stock. I was told it was gonna be a month wait for the customized but i ended up waiting only 3 weeks. My wife loves the jewels and i will definitely buy with the store again!

Quality of pieces have gone down significantly. I do not recommend buying from them. Gold plating rubbed off bracelet within 6 months of light wear, and the company has stated this is not covered by warranty. Very disappointed in the quality. I have pieces from years ago from APM that were much better made. Do not buy!!

Barely any service. Horrible experience. I was basically serving myself at that point. Could not figure out if the sales lady was fed up with her job or just did not want to service me. At one point she might as well have rolled her eyes because her expression looked like she wanted to do that. I do not recommend people to waste their time at this branch. As for the sales, she can quit her job if she doesn’t want it.干不下去别干 别跟客人欠你钱一样

Zeki, the male SA, is super nice and welcoming. Showed me various styles and gave me suitable recommendations. Michelle is also very nice and has a great taste, which helped me a lot in choosing a gift for my friend. A great visit!

Worst customer service ever. The manager said I spent too much time on choosing style. I mean...excuse me？Does this sound ridiculous？I was just trying and decided which one was the most satisfied with me. That's the appropriate" way to treat customers？Worst shopping experience."

My recent visit to the store was amazing! I was greeted nicely and well taken care of by staff, in particular Baihe the store manager. She was very helpful and really took the time to show me lots of choices and ideas to work with. Although I waited a bit in line due to capacity limit, I was super happy with the ear cuff I got and it was totally worth the wait! I just love their jewelry and pls make more beautiful ear cuffs pls pls!
