I veen client with Dr. Vincent Lo in a long time now and he is the best dentist I have he cares for his clients and staff members are very friendly and professional he also do really good job he make sure my teeth is taking care I would definitely recommend him to someone els

I hadn’t gone to the dentists in 37 years as I was afraid of dentists and my teeth were really bad. From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist was so kind and helpful then I met Dr Lo and he was truly amazing he calmed me down and his assistant held my hand through the first appointment. I had to have most of my teeth extracted and was very worried about the procedure but Dr Lo called me at home and assured me he would take good care of me and not to worry he also said he would make sure I was sent home with everything I need to have a smooth recovery. The day of surgery I came in and the assistants both held my hand to surgery room and talked to me and calmed me down and so did Dr Lo and my surgery was a success and after having 24 teeth removed I went home with medication and pain medication and I woke up the next day with no pain at all I never used the pain medication it was amazing. I am no longer deathly afraid of dentists because of DR Lo and his team. They treated me like family and the next day Dr Lo called me to make sure I was feeling good and that says a lot. I go back in 3 months for my dentures and I’m excited to go back to the dentist and see them all again.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Staff are extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to getting my teeth cleaned I also get my son's teeth cleaned there as well. I would definitely recommend this dentist if you have young children.

Dr Lo is the only dentist I will ever see as long as I live in the GTA. Extremely professional and thorough. He explains what he is doing and takes time to answer all of my questions. He is patient and professional. I don't feel rushed at all, you can tell he really cares about his clients. His clerks and dental assistants are all amazing and super friendly as well.

Dr Lo is amazing with my Twin sons who have Autism. He is soft spoken, gentle and kind. Humility is a virtue that is visibly obvious in his countenance. I can feel God work through him. I recommend all Parents bring their children with Special Needs to Dr Lo. I wish him immense success. He is a Gem of a man.

Dr. Vincent Lo has been the dentist for my developmentally delayed autistic daughter for almost 6 years. He is a kind, humble, honourable man who heart fully and truly cares for his patients. He gives service to several special needs individuals with quality, professional and thorough care. He takes time to explain x-rays, explain procedures, answer questions and to give advice on how to better care for your teeth. I am very satisfied with his services.His office clerks Shell and Zak are very welcoming and friendly. His wife May is a very sweet, kind person and very helpful in scheduling appointments. Myra the dental assistant is very compassionate and caring. She holds my scareddaughter's hand when Hannah needs to get a needle for freezing to treat a filling. She reassures her with kind words throughout the procedure. Laurie the dental hygienist is also very compassionate, very caring, patient and does thorough cleaning. I highly recommend parents to bring their special needs children to this relaxed environment dental office. Also I very highly recommend this office to everyone who wishes to have quality care and a thorough professional experience.I wish Dr. Lo and his amazing staff all the best in life.

Dr. Vincent Lo and the whole team at Milner Dental Care are amazing. I have tired a few other dentists in the area and no one compares. Dr. Lo had helped me through root canals, broken teeth and other issues! I have nothing but great things to says about Dr. Lo and the whole team!!
