Hired this firm as part of a group type litigation, in the end It cost me 20% in legal fees to recover 68% of my claim. They seem knowledgeable and I do believe I would not have recovered any of my claim at this point if I didn't hire them.I found they have poor communication around client billing and had a hard time receiving a consistent answer when asking about invoices and services rendered. This would be a great opportunity for improvement on their part.
