Murrmaid Ventures
Our day started in the beautiful village of Port Alice, BC. We had a scenic ride through the inlet, to the fishing grounds on the west coast. Seeing otters, eagles as we took in the breathtaking landscape. The fishing started fast, and furious. We would often have multiple fish on. Everyone was having a blast, very excited. We had 4 Halibut on the boat before 10am. Our guide Bruce managed everything well amid the chaos and our excitement of pulling up sea monsters. We also enjoyed the prepared meals and refreshments. The boat was comfortable and left nothing wanting. Our catch included rockfish, lingcod, salmon and Halibut. Bruce cleaned and filleted the catch. Freezer is full!
