The worst service I have experienced. It took 2 hours in line for changing my plan to prepaid, and it wasn't activated because consultant forgot to charge me that day, so next day I was without any connection commuting for first time to my new place of work. Exellent! Fine, I solved this issue next evening, but.. imagine what? In a month I was charged for 3 month ahead, cause consultant didn't think much when he set up a preauthorized payment. Now I have to have hard time in returning my money back. I even don't know if it's possible to do. Worst. Service. Ever.

Absolutely do not recommend. I bought two brand new iPhone 13’s from this store and one exploded within 6 months of purchase. No damage prior. I called bell they sent me through 7 different people only to finally be told I had to come into the store.i called this store to confirm and they said yes come into the store and we will get you a loaner phone while it’s fixed. I drove two hours to come into the store with a newborn baby only to be told I had to go down to jump plus. Fine whatever head to jump plus to be told nope go back to bell. Sat in the bell store (again with a newborn baby) for 45 minutes waiting for the manager. Finally she graces us with her presence only to say ya you need to call apple we can’t help you. ON A 6 MONTH OLD PHONE!!!!!! I understand that this isn’t something they can fix but Atleast help us out and not be completely rude leaving us to figure it out ourselves. Currently going to pay to get out of my contract with bell and never go back.

This location has the absolute WORST customer service every single time we go here. Today we were having issues with our tv service. Bell customer service via phone finally deducted it must be the remote that was not working anymore. Rather than wait 3 to 5 business days to watch tv they said we could get one at any Bell Store.Well, we go there and the rude sales person (a heavy set woman) rudely told my husband that we don't carry that

Not going to lie I’ve definitely had some internet issues over the last few days and I went in frustrated for a new modem and Michael McFarland at Georgian Mall was awesome helped me figure out what’s going on and he helped me lower my monthly bills by going over what plan I had.Thank you for listening and for helping me.

The worst experience ever.Clueless personal and store manager.Don’t know what they are doing.Lost one of my devices that they were suppose to send back.Took them 4 month to issue me credit.End up put one of my other devices in to the national blacklist and left my mom without the phone for weeks.Terrible, terrible, terrible.Shame on Bell.

Hope I don’t get it wrong but raffi and I think victor were amazing, such a great experience and if you ever go to his location, request either raffi or victor for great customer service. (I’m sure they’re all great but from my experience) these were two amazing, positive and uplifting staff! Should definitely be recognized! Thank you for the help!

If I could give zero stars, that would be my preference. After waiting 45 minutes to be served, I was spoken to like a child - ageism is unacceptable. The person serving me, who was the manager, then suggested I transfer everything from my old phone myself. When I questioned what the $50 transfer fee would be for then, she was annoyed. She gave me my phone in the box, assuring me that everything had transferred. I should have removed it from the box while I was still there, but was so fed up with the way I was being spoken to that I just wanted to leave. Sadly, not one thing had been transferred. As I am in the process of transferring it myself, it is very apparent that she had made absolutely no effort. My advice: order your phone online, or at the very least, avoid this location.

I visited the bell mobility store today. Mike Kelly. the sales associate was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He was fantastic in setting up my phone and it was quick and painless for me being I am not tech savvy! Thank you Mike K. YOU ARE THE BEST! I will most definitely refer and recommend you for my peeps to go see…

Very rude and little to no help!My grandmother came here Seeking help for her phone since her service was cutting in and out! The staff quickly brushed her off and directed her to the apple store nearby without even troubleshooting the problem since she had an iPhone.I would suggest in the future listen to the persons problem before sending them on their way to a different store.
