Dropped off my S21 ultra few days ago and it was having a battery issue. Spoke with the rep Jessica who offered free diagnostic and was very friendly. Received a phone call 2 hours later that my phone was fixed. There was no attempt of upsales and they provided plenty of information. I recommend this business for your electronic needs.

Went in to get a screen replaced for my work phone, a Google pixel. After paying 250 dollars for the service I noticed the screen was bulging out near the bottom. Didn't want to make a big deal of it as I was getting a replacement phone from my work and it was still functional. Fast forward about a week and I dug out the pixel to transfer files from the phone to my new one and the screen is completely dead with occasionally a glitched out screen. I effectively paid close to 300 dollars to have the repair work for a week before reverting back to the way it was. Unacceptable and sloppy service.

I contacted this company to seek assistance for my daughter's hacked phone. I requested their help in virus screening, as we believe viruses were installed without our knowledge. The person I spoke with could not provide an estimate for the screening without examining the phone, which I understood. However, after asking for their opinion as they were professionals in the field, whether a factory reset would solve the problem. They confirmed that it would, but warned that all contents would be lost. However, the conversation ended abruptly when I was attempting to inform them that this was not a concern for us, as our main priority was to eliminate the virus. Before I could say that I would visit their store, the call had already ended. It's possible that the man felt embarrassed that a factory reset could solve the problem, and that he knew his assistance was not necessary. However, it was unprofessional of him to abruptly hang up on a potential customer. Due to this behavior, I have decided not to do business with this company.

I’ve used this place a few times and they are always great. Today they diagnosed the issue with my phone and didn’t charge me. I really appreciate the work they do
