The Nines

Just moved in for a month. I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliance, nice flooring; and great location in the central of downtown, only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! I was impressed by Ishak, who is super friendly,patient and helpful!!! I applied this apartment in the very last minute as last leasing agent from different apartment screw things up, so I was rushed to look for a new place, I am appreciated with Ishak’s service and let me move in ASAP.

We're immigrants from Ukraine, was looking for appartment to start a new life in Canada. Fahad kindly showed us a great 1 bedroom appartment, so we loved it and moved there in few days. Also there's no diposit for Ukrainians, it helped us a lot. It's a pleasure for being a part of Capreit family!

We just moved in to this apartment, so far it’s nice building. It’s clean and quiet. Also, Fahad was a good help for our rental application and everything, he processed the application within a day. As it was our first day in Alberta, we were having hard time finding a nice, clean building.

I quite enjoy my apartment here at the 9s. Layout is nice. Location is optimal. Fahad does a fine job running the place as well as being friendly, and helpful.

We have moved recently. First impression is very good. Fahad helped us all we need.

I have lived here for over two and a half years. Starting about a year and a half in there have frequently been extreme noise issues (screaming neighbours in domestic arguments with slamming doors past 10 p.m., other neighbours talking loudly/yelling in the middle of the night) and occasionally safety concerns around and inside the building from other tenants which the on-site building management has done little to nothing to address despite repeated communication about it. I was also told when I moved in that they were phasing out smoking but for those grandfathered in which is not true as it remains a smoking building. A radiator leak in the lobby that I reported to the Capreit emergency line shortly after it started spread over nearly half the ground floor before it was fixed. They have been relatively prompt in their responses to apartment upkeep through the Resident Portal but have often had the bare minimum done to keep things functional. It could be a lovely character building if there was care and consideration put into maintaining a safe community environment but this has unfortunately not been my experience.

Very much enjoyed living in this building so far and started feeling like home! It is very quiet and clean with excellent facility and amenities. The managers and staff are always very quick to respond to any concerns. The building is also very clean and well run with covid-related standards. My studio suite has so much storage and spacious, Love the location of the building as we have good spots nearby - riverside scenic view, park, pubs & bar, supermarket and few other jogging tracks. Also, there is easy and quick transit facility of bus and metro. Thanks and appreciate Manager – Fahad, Ishak and other staffs.
