Below Zero Ski Rentals

Super friendly, skis were in good condition, and they did a great job sharpening a snowboard for us.

Skis we got looked average but turned out to handle excellent for our week of skiing in mixed conditions. They take good care of their stuff here. Short drive from the slopes but these guys were super efficient in getting us in and out as well.

We rented skis at Below Zero for our ski weekend at Tremblant. This shop has much better rates than on the hill rentals and the gear was in good condition! Staff was friendly, and shop is well stocked!

I am part of the University of Toronto Ski and Snowboard Club and I think they really did a fantastic job accommodating our ski club. I had actually left my own skis inside the bus and was unable to access it when they drove off. The company immediately dispatched someone with a pair of skis so that I could continue my own day skiing. I am so thankful that they have this level of understanding and customer service. Looking forward to next year!

Feb 2023Our second experience with Below Zero Rentals for the University of Toronto Ski and Snowboard Club was exceptional. We stayed in various units across Tremblant village with two busloads of university students. The staff at Below Zero Rentals were incredibly helpful and had us fitted quickly. Everyone had a fantastic experience.What really stood out was that our club recently created an equity, diversity, and inclusivity division and established a scholarship for a student in financial need who also embodied our EDI values. We're grateful to Below Zero Rentals for sponsoring our scholarship and providing four days of rentals to someone who may not have otherwise been able to afford to try skiing/snowboarding or attend our trip. This gesture created a lasting memory for our member, and we're grateful for Below Zero Rentals' support. Looking forward to next year!Feb 2022This was our first dealing with Below Zero and they were incredible. We are the University of Toronto Ski and Snowboard Club that had over 50 rental requests. They came to our hotel with a crew of people to outfit us in around an hour. They were well-organized, efficient and had excellent communication skills and arrived exactly on time to our hotel at 7am to start setting up their services.After the first day, there were some changes that needed to be made requiring different size boots etc. They were able to dispatch their runner" immediately to the mountain and to our hotel for an immediate response. We also had member blunders like forgetting their skis at the hotel or not knowing where the skis were as someone else may have taken the wrong skis. They were immediate in responding to these issues as well by bringing a new pair of skis immediately for our member so that they could continue their day. Of course all skis and equipment were found but this is what happens when you deal with a large group of students and equipment that may be unfamiliar to our new members.I do not think we've ever received service like this. Our executive team jokes that we should bring them to Ontario to show these local rental companies how its done.Thank you so much to Marc-Andre

Be careful, my experience with this company was good until I broke the ski. I promptly payed for the broken ski and was told I would be refunded for the second day of my rental (broke ski on 1st day). It has now been a month and they have not refunded me. I have sent several emails and they have not returned my phone calls.For most this will not happen so it is okay, but be careful because if something does go wrong they will be dishonest.

The best place in Mont Tremblant to rent skis. If you are looking for a solid place with great prices - this is the place to go. They made sure everything fit properly when we picked up our skis, boots, poles, helmet. We even missed our first day of skiing and they let us extend our rental without an extra charge. Excellent service!! You won’t find a better place in Tremblant.
