Really fantastic service binding copies of my PhD thesis for the University Library and personal use. Amanda and Eric were extremely helpful in responding to queries and happy to advise on any changes needed to ensure conformity with university regulations. They personally delivered the library copy to Student Registry, which was very much appreciated since I no longer live n Cambridge (eliminating any risk of loss/damage in the post). My personal copy arrived on the expected date and is exactly as requested. I recently had to submit a hardbound thesis for my PhD, and I had such a wonderful experience with them! I was slightly worried at first because I had to do all of this remotely, as I now work in the US. But they made the process so easy and stress-free for me. They communicated very efficiently via email (they outlined the procedure clearly for printing so it was easy to follow), and even when I called to finalize the order, they were just wonderful to speak to.They also deliver the copy to the Student Registry for you if you can’t be in Cambridge like me!I plan to order another copy for myself so I can pick it up when I go back to Cambridge for my graduation, and I look forward to working with them again.
