Easy pick up of large Ikea item but very expensive on-street parking however there is a drop off parking beside this building on the side street which I did not know about until the help full staff person mentioned it to me. $5 Ikea delivery charge was very reasonable instead of driving all the way there via the number 40 and the Metropolitan parking lot.

Store opening hours are STILL not correct. Arrived here at 9:20AM on Sunday June 12, 2022 and is not open. The IKEA email, the storefront, and Google maps all indicated a 9am opening. Don’t waste my time.

A bit far from my house, but it was fast and easy delivery pick-up.

If your package is something you need or has any value, do not use.I received an email that my item was available for pickup on a Friday. Went on Sunday and it wasn't there. They called back Monday and said they gave it to someone off the street on Saturday... Apparently they didn't check ID or ask for delivery confirmation...just gave it to someone. I can't even imagine how something like this could happen.This was a $900 musical instrument. This business is not secure or properly managed.

Like a lot of people here, had an order shipped there from Walmart. I like the fact they have fridges to keep grocery items fresh, but unfortunately, the order (which I received arrival notification for), was nowhere to be found. The staff tried to help, but honestly, after so many poor reviews, one would have thought they would have acted on it to try to improve the process but they clearly haven't. To me, it looks like somehow someone may benefit from those lost" orders

Please update business hours since I came all the way here to pick up my Ikea furniture and bed and the store was closed. I attached a picture of the hours, which must be updated. I came at 5:30pm and it says it closes at 6pm ???? I guess I’ll sleep on the floor tonight since you guys have my bed :) (also svp update your business hours on google)

They apparently lost my Fedex package as I went there to get it and it is nowhere to be fund despite Fedex claiming it is there.

Don't recommend international shipping though Penguin. They messed up the paperwork so my item was held in customs forever.

Do not use this place for package delivery, they are very disorganized. They gave me an incomplete package days ago and I haven’t been able to contact them about them because they don’t even pick up the phone.

The service I received here was was good from the employees they were very personable and professional. The problem is the Walmart delivery process. Walmart give you a pick up time and confirm this by email. However this time appears to be meaningless . I had a pick up time of between 11-12. I arrived at 11.30am and was told that Walmart hadn't delivered yet. I was told that there is no way of knowing when they will deliver- often they don't show up until after 5pm. So I needed to go back the following day to pick up the order. This is completely out of the hands of the people working at Penguin pick up. It was a frustrating experience but they are not responsible.
