I will give them credit in that they try to be helpful and did go out of their way to deliver the orthotics due to all the issues (which I appreciate but it should never have gotten to that point) but my experience was a nightmare. Took 5 months to get a pair of working orthotics (and even now they still aren’t right but I have given up with this company) as the lab they use has absolutely no idea what they are doing, made several ridiculous mistakes and often I wondered if knew more about orthotics than these guys did.

Ali was able to help me with my lower back. Improvements in mobility and pain reduction started with very first treatment. Now, 8 months later I am seeing him for maintenance only.
