Furelli Hair Design

I took my daughter for a haircut. Daniella treated her like a princess and did such an amazing job on her hair cut. She was patient and kind. My toddler was very pleased with her hair cut. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly here.

when i showed up for my first appointment there i was greeted by the owner/manager. So far so good, nothing bad about it. then he proceeds to ask me what type of coloration i want. I then assume he is the one who will be doing my hair. No, this other female stylist shows up at my chair. Does not say hello, I cant even tell you her name cause she did'nt even bother introducing herself?! and she just starts doing my hair. This was so rude and odd i was almost wondering if she was deaf/mute or something. Turns out she could speak perfectly just not to me for some reason. i also told her twice not to touch my ends but she did them anyway, arguing with me that i asked her to instead of just apologizing for her mistake. this was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I left with my hair wet as I couldnt wait to get out of there. for a simple root coloration i got charged 146$ (no cut orblowdry.)

Having had a bad experience in coloring my hair at a hairdresser’s salon in Montreal, I came to Furelli Hair Design Salon in Ottawa where the ambiance is relaxing especially with the waterfall thats located right in the middle of the salon.I was spoiled by the staff members who are very friendly. The cool song choice tone is well balanced and fits the old and new men, women and even kids of different ages who left satisfied by the end result they got and by the interaction they had with the staff during their stay here. Even the encouragement of the staff to each other’s work that is rarely seen in businesses is important to mention. I usually see Pat as my hairstylist who’s professional and always has the best recommendations for my hair.Yesenia who’s very gentle & highly professional is the lady who took care of applying the color & blow dried my hair. The result was awesome.Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend Furelli Hair Design.

Pat and his staff are all awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about Furelli’s. They are welcoming, accommodating and always pleasant to deal with. I have yet to leave unhappy with the results, and would and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I have Always loved the care and attention given to my daughter's hair each time I bring her into the salon. Especially with our kinky Afro hair that seems to be a handle, the ladies take their time to wash, massage, condition and eventually straighten out which she loves and wears for a day or two.I highly recommend this hair salon for fulfilling hair experience. Top-notch✨️✨️And might I add that they have good quality hair products.

I came here for a cut and color. They took me same day which was awesome but I had reservations about that. All other salons were full and have been all summer.. (always go with your gut feeling). The color was great (just an all over.. no highlights or foils on almost shoulder length hair) and the cut ( the few snips and that was it) cost me over $180!!Not the best value or quality ever. Way over priced for what was actually provided. Won't be going back.

I had a wonderful experience at Furelli Hair Design in August! It has been a while for me since having my hair done professionally and I was amazed with how professional and comfortable my service was. Pat (the owner) is incredibly friendly and Rosa styled my hair for a wedding. She did an incredible job curling my hair and it even kept well the next day thanks to her tips!Thank you so much Pat and Rosa,I will definitely be back!!
