Wonderful customer service! Victoria helped me with upgrading my phone and transferring all my files. She even helped me pick out some accessories and put it all together. Super grateful for all the help! Highly recommend visiting this location.

Victoria was exceptionally helpful in providing us with a great deal on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Received the maximum trade in value and an additional bonus for the old phone. Victoria also transferred all of the contacts and data. The total time needed was approximately 45 minutes, and we greatly appreciate her guidance, patience, and courteous personality. Simply excellent.

Austin was so friendly and genuine and most importantly knowledgeable. Had a great experience getting a new phone. Had some trouble when I got home and called store to make an appointment. Austin was very apologetic though it wasn’t his fault! Came in for appointment and Austin was just finishing up with another customer so his co-worker (forgot to get her name) helped fix my problem. They had spoken about it and so she knew what to do. Great down to earth staff who know their stuff and would definitely recommend Virgin Mobile Bay Centre location!

EVAN is the best representative that I have ever experienced. He spent over one hour to set up an additional line to my family account, processed a trade-in for an older mobile, put on a screen saver, and went over all of the options, policies, monthly plans, and technical details. He set up the new mobile, transferred the data from the old unit. This was the second such experience - we have three lines on our family account.If you want to see what great service exemplifies, EVAN is the best.

I'm fairly new to buying a phone, plan, or what have you. The service from Austin D. was great! The process was quick, stress-free, and informative regarding the Samsung I bought today. Virgin has been a great provider, and the staff seem like they genuinely are there to help customers in an easy-going and inclusive way.

Victoria at the Bay Centre location was AWESOME.-so friendly, real and genuine- understood what I wanted immediately.- helped me figure out my plan for my move to europe, made it so simple and knew exactly what to do in terms of roaming, switching phones once I'm there, deciding on a plan, recommendations for getting the best deal on my new phone, and handled an unexpected technical issue in 2 minutes.I had previously been trying to figure out the exact same issue with a different rep, but Victoria had me in and out in 10 minutes with all the setup and info I needed. Thank you!! I never leave reviews but she is the absolute best.

Not super friendly...and I left more frustrated than when I went in. Staff were very matter of fact and weren't empathetic or helpful regarding the obstacles I'm facing trying to 'upgrade' my current plan. I'm actually considering switching providers.

Worst provider. Do not go with Virgin. They don’t have a working tower in town. Horrible place to do business. They cannot answer basic questions.
