I work with this company almost everyday. They all make sure that we have what we need from them. It's a pleasure to work with them.

As soon as you walk in the door they don’t even acknowledge you , I was in there for 20 min and still nothing , I don’t care about the cost if I like something I will get it , no one asked if I needed help nothing , I went to 5 different high end tile stores and everyone greeted me at the door asked me if I needed help and spent time with me , I will not step foot in this place every again I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere

I ordered encaustic cement tiles from this company which were shipped to me. Over 40% of the tiles were chipped on receipt. I notified Saltillo tile and their response was that it’s expected that “a few” tiles would be chipped. Despite the fact that I told them over 40% were chipped, they did not acknowledge nor compensate me. It’s unacceptable to have to pay for 100% of tiles where 40% are chipped and the company takes no responsibility. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!

this store is no longer at this location there located at 1212 26 ave se right cross the street from the crossroads farmers market. they moved a year ago Dec 1 2013

I am rather surprised at the lack of customer service, no acknowledgement or any greeting what so ever when one enters this supposedly high end store. Not impressed.

I have been going to Saltillo for years for tiles, they are all friendly and prompt and courteous. The staff are so knowledgeable and always willing to help. The best thing about Saltillo is Dean, he always goes the extra mile always. I would highly recommend Saltillo for tiles, they always have the greatest and update styles.

The products are really nice and service is excellent.

Most amazing eye candy!

Very let down by what I thought was a great company. We purchased a floor tile here and originally received the wrong tile. That set us back weeks while they waited for more to arrive. Once it did arrive we found flaws in the black line. We were told “it is intended that way” but it is flaws in the black paint not in the tile. It looked scratched and the tile did not have protective liners between each one in the packaging. I called and asked Kailie what we can do and she said we could return it. She never said that we would be charged a 20% restocking fee! I didn’t get a 20% discount when they ordered incorrectly? Just poor business and very disappointed.

Their products are incredible beautiful and unique. Also, the customer service can't be beat. I appreciate their help with all my projects . Thank you Saltillo Tile!
