Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Sales representative refused to honour what their staff had previously confirmed and guaranteed on the phone. She was rude and did not offer a solution. Luckily my friend was with me and was able to negotiate an agreement where we both had to lose a little. I will never rent from this location again. I dreaded dropping off the car at the idea of having to interact with this woman again. The whole experience was very unpleasant and disappointing considering I've had great experiences with enterprise in the past.

Their customer service level was really high. The first car they gave me had some issues, but they really cared about the issue and they exchanged the car. Based on my experience I would say the 95% is a fair grade for their service.

Amazing team providing reliable and quick customer service! I've used this location multiple times and it always goes well without a hitch! Booking and pick up is super easy. And the reps here are so detail-oriented, professional, friendly and helpful, always have the customer's best interest in mind. Best car rental place I've been. Great job you guys!

Friendly and helpful staff, every one of them. The paperwork was minimal and my rental car was ready to go when I was ready to go. No problems here!

Yuri Lednei and Prashant Nair were amazing to deal with and had the best customer service. They made sure my family made it home safely in a high quality car with mud and snow tires. The car was clean, had fuel, and was very reliable. The best part was we made it to have a special Christmas morning at our home after having our vacation cancelled. Thank you so much!!

What a great team! These guys really treat you like family! We were visiting Vancouver for 2 weeks with our 2 young children and planned to road trip across BC. We decided to book our rental from in the city location as we were late arriving at the airport and the rates were less expensive. I had booked the full size luxury class. Upon arriving I was greeted by Hitin. He really took the time along with his colleagues to make sure I was offered the ideal vehicle for us to travel across the changing climate and terrain. Our Full equipped Mazda CX9 was really ideal. It even came with a second set of keys which no one does these days and no ugly rent a car bumper sticker.After departing the city in the morning where the temperature was 8 degrees only 2 hours into our drive on route 3 into the mountains we experienced-2 and a snow squall. As we passed an upside down car in the ditch I was feeling very thankful that the team had taken the time to recommend I take the 4wd vehicle.2 weeks and 2700km later our return process with Kaleigh was equally pleasant and efficient. She had a great smile and was very happy to hear we had a great time with our SUV and got a terrific rate. She allowed us to keep our truckload of cargo and kids in the vehicle for a few minutes while she called our taxi to pick us up from their parking lot to return us to the airport even letting our 3 year old use their washroom.All in all this was my best most seamless rental experience based on quality, value and customer service. April in BC with young kids was great lots to see and do with less crowds then the busy summer months.

Rented a vehicle from here for the weekend. Had incredible service and the vehicle was great. We had there 2021 Black Durango and it was a great drive. I highly suggest getting a rental from this location.

Friendly service. Pleasant encounter with staff. Quick pick-up and drop-off process. After-hour key dropoff box by entrance. Located near various dealerships. Partnered with some nearby service centres.

The easiest car rental experience I've ever had. Absolutely amazing customer service Kayleigh answered all of my questions (as ridiculous as some of them were) she was efficient and even had a sense of humor which is rare these days!
