RBC Royal Bank

Visited this branch on August 30/18. Long wait times even though there was only 4 people in line. Waited for a half hour. When I did get served, I was served by a lady named Nancy. Never have I dealt with someone so rude, and unprofessional. How people like her, have jobs in the banking industry is beyond me. She questioned the length of my online password. Told her it was none of her business, from there she got nastier. Thinking of closing my accounts because of people like her. Worst branch in Canada easily!

Being second in line I thought it would be quick to get service. I ended up waiting half hour. This is not the first time I had the same experience at this RBC branch. I should try to get away from using this branch. Too bad they closed the branch at Kensington where there was a parking lot.

I waited 30 minutes in line for a $5 bill. I was only the second person in the line, the tellers took 30 minutes with two clients at the front, and there is no system or backup for other tellers to step up and help with the customers. By the time I left there was a line of 5 people behind me.Two visits ago the teller asked me if I wanted to look into a tax free account, but no way would I deal with this location for my banking arrangements more than withdrawing money, if even that.

Today I was discussing the results of the election from the previous day with a friend of mine while waiting in line at this branch and had explained my stance on the outcome. The teller I walked up to was with a customer but had listened in on our conversation and when the time came to speak with her she told me that i shouldn't be discussing politics in public and, to put it simply, that my stance was wrong, I didn't understand, and it would change with age. I'm all for a respectful debate but both me and my friend were taken totally off guard by this unprofessional expression of her opinion. I felt extremely uncomfortable as this woman dealt with my very personal banking information and told me that she might not be able to help me" because of what I had discussed with my friend. In a position where you are required to maintain a confidentiality between you and your client

No customer service whatsoever. Huge lines but very few people around. The information desk is always empty or someone is there but usually they send you to the teller line. I've had better experiences with other Banks. This branch seems really disengaged.

DONT BANK WITH RBC !!!!!!!Patrick the branch manager was rude and unprofessional, he was uncapable of solving an issue or providing a basic service for a costumer (mortgage/banking information)!!!When he asked me about my experience with RBC I give him an honest feedback and told him what the competition is doing, he got very defensive and he told to leave RBC for another bank after being a costumer there for over a decade!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!What bothered me is that he made the nice and very helpful agent that was trying to provide the service to me very uncomfortable with his rude and unnecessary comments to me!!!I've never seen a bank branch manager act that way!!!Anyway, save your self some money and try another bank, escape the high fees with no basic service!!Good luck RBC

Really slow customers service it took them 30 min to take 1 person its not first time its my 3 visit in this branch all the time same story 3 people are wondering around ibperson working and everyone is just sloww paced..

Racist comments from a financial advisor. Lost financial records. No response from Brooke the manager, or any other manager, although I contacted about five managers regarding the offensive, incident of total incompetence. Had to resubmit lost documents, that were never located. Really disgusting, abusive service under this manager, at main branch in Calgary.

I feel this place has an unfair rating. My experience was pleasant and professional. The tellers were working really hard to ensure the line moved along efficiently. Darwin, the teller that helped me was pleasant and even made an effort to have a small conversation (even though they were really busy). It's a tough spot for a bank and they do it well.

Unprofessional rude service with agent Umme Tasnim and she talks very angry and our appointment was at 4:00pm i went early out from work and she let me in to the room 25 minutes late and worst advisor ever she didn’t even know what my needs are and she didn’t wanted to answer my questions would never recommend her to anyone poor service!!
