I like this store, like the products. The bras are awesome! I spent over 200$ on bras and panties that are actually comfortable. I would've so loved this store even more if the customers service was better. I didnt get a greeting or even talked too. Just a bunch on eyes on me. Even when I purchased my items there was nothing.

Great place to shop. The First Nations lady provided excellent and more than friendly service

This review is for LA Vie En Rose online shopping. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing anything from LA Vie En Rose online. It took 3 weeks to be told that my order was canceled due to lack of stock. it took 2 pbone calls( one 1.5 hours on hold) and 6 emails to get my refund, an 11 week wait before I finally received a gift card with the refund.

They made things right. Initially Worst customer service ever. Don't let any salesperson tell you to wrap a panty around your neck for sizing. It's a failed urban myth. I was talked into a size smaller without letting me try them on. I told the sales person that I had gained weight and pretty sure I was a larger size. I went home and Discovered they were too small, I asked to exchange the three untouched pairs and was told by other staff they couldn't help me. I had three sales people tell me this without reviewing the recent purchase. I however left it there. If it was that unhygienic why would I want them back? They were last touched by two sales people. So I wrote a few reviews, contacted customer service and I was able to exchange my purchases. Unfortunately the pattern I was going to buy in my size was no longer available. I ended up not getting any in the original colours that I had originally selected but I was grateful to have something that fit. The salesperson never apologized for any of it.I said thank you several times.I am just glad I ended up with something that fit even if the matching wasn't great. Not sure if I will go back. Not a very friendly experience.Update: 150.00 I paid too much for mismatched items and two of the boyshort panties are not comfortable and constantly roll down.

Came here a few times, all times I was here I was always watched and felt unwelcomed which made me uncomfortable and a lot harder to shop. I am First Nations so this isn’t my first time this happened but still doesn’t make it right at all.Another time my mom and I came here to look around and even she said she felt like she was being watched as well so we just left.Another time I went alone to look for a new bikini, didn’t feel welcomed but I tried to shrug it off. The girls working there were kinda rude, I felt like I was always being watched, just didn’t like the atmosphere which made it harder to shop. When some non-native people came in they were treated way better than I was.. even if there was another First Nations girl working there I still felt like I wasn’t being treated right.Anyways I know when I get treated differently or badly, and this just was not a fun time shopping. When I go shopping I wanna have fun and feel welcomed but this just wasn’t it.Anyways I went to the other la vie en rose on the east side and they were much more nicer there and was able to find a lot of clothing pieces I liked. So if anyone is uncomfortable I would go there instead.

Staff seemed a little stressed out and over worked. I do feel bad of retail staff and the risk they take going to work, you can see the toll it is taking. The store was clean and organized for social distancing. Staff could be a bit more polite but I am sure it is situational.

Somewhat cute selection but staff was terrible. I was looking at panties and a staff member came over and opened the drawer above the one I was looking in. I assumed they were a customer so I just shrugged it off, but then I realized she was staff. She literally almost closed my fingers in the drawer and completely disregarded that I was looking at items. I went and looked at other things, then came back when she had left, and she CAME BACK and started putting away items in the drawer above mine again!! Then she finally acknowledged my presence and said “oh were you looking in that drawer?” like yes, i literally had my hands in there and you almost squished them between the other drawer. Then, she almost fell over somehow and smacked me with her arm and just walked away.I’ve worked customer service/retail my whole life and never have I seen such complete disregard for customers before. The other staff also completely ignored my existence and seemed more focussed on folding things than helping customers who were openly trying to find items.The only reason I am even giving two starts is because this store has some cute items, but otherwise I would recommend going somewhere else. I probably won’t be shopping at la Vien Rose anymore which is a shame, but every time I go in I feel like I’m ignored or constantly being judged.I was there on Jan 3 2023 if that can help you find which staff member it was.
