This restaurant is OK but they really need to stop being so cheap with the lettuce. They are open 24 hours and I work nights so I always end up ordering here, but every single time my burger has one thin flimsy piece of lettuce that is actually quite gross and soggy. I usually end up peeling it off. Please start putting enough lettuce on your burgers so that it provides a nice fresh crunch! Otherwise it is useless.

The indian girl named Tanveen specially working at nights has no knowledge how to work and she just keeps on talking and laughing . She made her customers suffer in long lines even in drive through. I have personally experienced that when other team members are working at nights not her we don’t have to wait long.She don’t even greet her customers properly.

The seating is horrible. We ordered our food and went outside to wait. We were not planning to eat outside in the cold and wind but since we were waiting outside the lady took our food off of the tray put it into bags and handed it to me. I said why is it not on a tray she said they aren't allowed to go outside because people take them, I said we were planning on eating inside and were just waiting outside (the kids wanted to wait at the cool tables" outside) she completely ignored me and walked away. We never go to this location

Wasn't easy ordering in drive through!Came by around 4:30 this morning and she had made me the wrong drink along with charging me 40$ for an uncle burger combo and a teen combo.Refused to give me my receipt and also put cheese and bacon on my burger when I explicitly stated that only the uncle burger was to have cheese and bacon, I can't eat pork so I am now ill and of course it's an extra charge for something I didn't want and can't have.Horrible manners and customer service, rude whilst taking my order and rushing me... then when I told her she made me the wrong drink and I quote she said oh my god" and just stared at me.Never coming back.!"

My Uber delivery Driver was stuck behind 3 cars for over 20 min in the drive through waiting for my order.My fries are cold, burger was not made correctly.Also where’s the option to get ketchup with my fries? I gave up looking and thought that the fries would come with it automatically instead. Nope
