Attentive team, not busy when I went in so I received all the help I needed. It was last year I was there, I would have liked if the person helping me knew various plans and could assist me further, it seemed like we were researching together for the first time. I got what I needed but would have spent more money if I knew the benefits associated with the plans.

Had a great experience. Two Male staff members (Ryan and Matt), were extremely helpful and walked me through the process. Even though it took a while they were happy and helpful the entire way through.

The place is small so if there is a few ppl on the building it seems small only one girl on staff on Saturday so she is going as quick as she can but there is usually a wait. (Not the girls fault) friendly girl and store is kept clean

I always enjoy going to Virgin mobile ,and I am always looking forward to seeMathew DeSousa..He has a great personality, and he knows how to interac extremely well with all customers.. he knows his stuff very well. It is always a pleasure for him to help out each and every customer with a beautiful smile , he is a natural with people .This young man is definitely an asset at Virgin Mobile.

AWFUL customer service, you would think people who work for a phone company would know who to use a phone. Do not get a Virgin account unless you want the worst service of your life.
