I dealt with Brittany, she is a marvellous person and an excellent Sales Representative. She explained everything and made excellent suggestions and did not push things on me. Worst service after the sale. On the first day, they explained everything very nicely, but after the purchase, they made you a football and referred you from one person to another and even to the third party to ask for the services we paid Leon for that services.Never pay extra in the name of cleaning or maintenance or whatever they call it. You will never get the service for which you paid in advance.

4 months delay !I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Leon's Furniture and their delivery service. The delivery of my order was significantly delayed, causing inconvenience and frustration. The lack of proactive communication and inconsistent updates added to the frustration. The delay had a significant impact on my schedule, and the customer service I received did not meet my expectations. I hope Leon's Furniture takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service and communication regarding delivery delays.

I was at Leon's to exchange my box spring. Was done very quickly, no questions asked. And on my way out, I saw a pair of lively, lovely cushions. Great price! Bought them too!

My husband and I are very pleased with the expert knowledge of our sales girl Anna on the various mattresses. In particular we appreciated the fact that Anna was able to find a modern mattress from Sealy that matched the comfort and support of our old mattress from twenty years ago. Very happy with her service!!

Awful customer service. Misleading information. Bought a sectional sofa - the website indicated it was in stock. Once my payment went through, I received an email stating the item was back ordered. I received a phone call from Leon’s stating the back order was until November. The customer service rep I spoke to was unhelpful, rude, and impatient. She was supposed to call me back with similar options and she never did. I canceled my order and went with a similar and much cheaper model of the sofa with The Brick. At the price we pay for furniture, the least this store and its employees could do is offer adequate customer service.

Nice clean store with a huge selection; we recently bought a mattress and frame (the L2 which is amazing by the way) a new dining table and chairs, absolutely stunning and amazing quality, and we also got a great deal on a gorgeous top of the line living room package, only downfall is having to wait so long for it to be in stock. But, otherwise worth it!

Most of these reviews are not actual.Update to respond to the owner:The lady who was in the front was literllay touching my phone to give you 5-star. If you were good enough, you were not going to do that!.
