Best servicing experience I have ever had. The women in the service department went above and beyond to help me out with my baby and the car seat. Just super rad ladies.And I don't know what mechanics worked on my 4runner but they fixed the wobble it's had since I bought it from a the worst Honda dealership. And they were speedy!

Recently dealt with Keanna and Steve in considering a new vehicle. They were both professional and informative - they answered all of my many questions and organized a test drive during one of their days off.

My elderly mom and dad took their older Toyota car in to check out some strange noises and fix a broken seatbelt. The service was fantastic. They drove them home and picked them up and fixed a couple of minor items for no charge. It's so nice to see a car dealership deal so fairly with senior citizens. Great job Vernon Toyota!

Counter staff was very nice and helpful but I had to drive back 3 times (1.5 hr each way) to get engine work done and each time it was not done correctly. I received very poor customer service from the service manager and now I have to go to another city to get the engine properly fixed. It seems they do not want to do warranty work and had I known I would have not wasted my time going here. I would recommend not buying a vehicle from Vernon toyota. We have been a Toyota family for many years and owned tacomas, 4Runners, echos, tundras but it was such a poor experience I’m not sure I will be a Toyota guy anymore.

The absolute ‘Saturday Sales Specialist’Or any day of the week for that matter. Tyler was very helpful in my search for my first SUV, from the moment I walked into his office to the moment he changed my plates over and gave me the keys to my new ride.I had a great experience at Vernon Toyota. I was quite skeptical about how my first dealership visit with serious inquiries about upgrading to a new car would go. But Tyler was easy to work with to come to a deal that we could both be content with. He was approachable and personable. He was a great communicator and would promptly respond to my texts and calls regarding the cars I was interested in. He was patient with my indecisiveness and gave me space to consider my options while updating me about the status of interests I had on their lot. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and will look to them for an upgrade in the future when I am ready to turn in my 2018 Rav 4. Thanks Vernon Toyota and Tyler!

Not great service. So called 1 hour service took over two and half hours. This happened two times in a row. I am going to find and alternative. I did get great service from the parts dept.
