Currently in the process of canceling my policy with Cornell. Horrendous customer service along with horrible email etiquette from my broker. As someone who was just signing up for their first time car insurance I expected my broker to be more helpful and informative. Instead I received two word email responses or no communication at all, just attachments. When inquiring about a cheaper rate at another insurance provider my broker offered to cancel my policy instead of shopping around for something cheaper for me. I was honestly shocked at the response and how disposable I was. Will be going somewhere else.

Mr. Sixto Reyes is an excellent insurance broker. I have been with him since 2017 for my car and home insurance. Every time I need his help, he is always there, even on the weekend.
