When we called Ryan about a couple of leaks in the basement he was super professional. Made time to come out and see the problem. In order to provide a solution was able to recommend further analysis to ensure we are making the best decision. We could have gone several routes but the least invasive/costly route was to install internal weeping tile and sump pump. They completed the work ahead of schedule due to a cancellation (thankfully) and did a quality job and managed to stop the leak and set us up for future issues. Oh and the kicker - did it for under the original budget we agreed to. Truly an upstanding person to deal with and would recommend them highly. The job was just completed but I am confident we won't have further issues. Thanks again :-)

The guys were great when hired to waterproof my basement. Honest, on time and reasonably priced considering the job at hand. I didn’t ever expect our basementt to be dry and useful but its been great ever since!

I used WiseCracks to install an internal basement waterproofing system (weeping tile, sump pump, inner water proofing membrane) a week or so ago. Before this work was completed, we always had water streaming in during moderate precipitation. Since the team left, we've had a bone dry basement (two weeks running).Ryan and his team were fantastic to work with. Ryan specifically came to my home twice - once last summer to provide an initial quote and again this Spring to confirm. This level of service is often difficult to find locally. Wisecracks' pricing was mid range - above those willing to provide work without warranty but below those who use professional travelling sales teams to market their product.The team arrived every day on time, checked in as needed, and completed the work on time and on budget without any surprises. Since leaving Ryan has been quick to answer any questions by text and even dropped by to ensure the sump pump was working correctly.I'd definitely recommend the team and I would call again if I had a similar issue in another home.

Scheduled an assessment with them, they never showed up. They claim they came, and we didn't respond to them knocking despite it being a tiny house with two people waiting inside. Ok, fine. Do we scheduled again, and once again they did not come, nor did they call. Two days we stayed home waiting for them. Totally unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Amazing! I can not thank Ryan and his crew enough for the job they did here! They put an interior weeping tile system in. We have not received a drop of water since! The quote I was given was bang on and they finished the job incredibly fast. Work area they left was clean and they were professional the entire time. If your house is getting water there is no one better to call! Thank you guys!
