London Doctors' Relief Service - Medical Clinic by Appointment Only

I needed stitches in my leg and was able to call and make an appointment for the same day. Reception was very pleasant and got me checked in quickly. I appreciated that the new, modern waiting area was spacious and clean. The doctor was very personable and got me stitched up quickly and sent me off with clear after care instructions, which was especially important because I was going on vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care and I will be making it the top choice for my own family.

Great place to go when you don't have a family doctor. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Booking an appointment makes it so much easier than waiting for hours at other clinics or urgent care centers

Dr. Martyniak was amazing! She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and quick!!! Try to get an appointment with her.Booked an appointment the day before using their online booking. When you arrive just follow their steps, you'll have to take off your shoes so make sure you're wearing socks and sign in using the iPad. The process is a bit stark and cold but once you get to the doctor you'll have a good experience. Just make sure you have an appointment and you arrive a little bit beforehand so you can figure it all out. Highly recommend!

I'd out negative stars if I could. Their online system is mostly flawed, there's no signs on the building indicating where they are when you're driving along the busy wonderland Rd. Limited parking, they expect you to wear a mask and take your shoes off but provide no sanitzer for the iPad they tell you to sign in with once you get in - the same iPad that everyone uses and they aren't cleaning after every use. The iPad also fails to register people and when you tell them you did it they say well it didn't click. I was there an hour before I spoke up. Showed up for my appointment 20 mins early and they were going to take me but failed to communicate the price of an ear flush. It's $35/ear btw. I ended up just leaving.

Dr. Martyniak was amazing. She was so kind, empathetic and gave really wonderful advice. I had a great experience with her.I also visited Dr. Pietrus to fill out forms and he was nice!The clinic is very clean, warm and the doctors are always on-time! Booking is very easy. It’s nice having an appointment based walk in so you aren’t stuck waiting 2+ hours. It’s also nice that they run evening appointments so you can attend even if you have work. Thank you so much to the doctors and staff at this clinic!

I've had a great experience with two visits so far for B12 shots. The online booking system is convenient, the clinic clean and efficient, and the staff very professional. Yes there's a dual intercom to enter the building, mask policy, and shoes off inside, but this all helps staff manage the flow of traffic and keep cleaning and wait times to a minimum. Given that the clinic is one of few clinics, if not the only, to have availability after working hours and on the weekends, I'd say it's a great trade off.

Booking online was fast and easy. I was able to book a phone appointment for a few hours later. The doctor called me on time and the whole appointment was fast and efficient. A prescription was faxed to my pharmacy right away and then even when there was a issue with the medication (my fault, not theirs) they responded promptly to my email and quickly responded to the pharmacy's request for a medication change. I would definitely use this service again if I'm ever in the situation where I need care immediately and it's outside of my doctors hours

Our family had a good experience with this clinic. When my grandfather was dying at home, we called our family doctor who denied him palliative care. So we immediately contacted this clinic, got a same day appointment and they gave us palliative care. He peacefully passed away at home. I would recommend them for this.

Very poor customer service. Canceled last minute and blames me for not reading.Did not answer phone or call until 30 minutes before scheduled appointment.Should not be allowed to operate with this type of service.Never go here.

Dr. Pietrus was so kind, calm, and comforting. An incredible doctor working at this after hours clinic. Booking same day appointments is very convenient. Check in upon arrival very smooth. No wait time, I was called back by the doctor at my exact appointment time.
